Overpriced for horrific food and customer service. Definitely not a good representation of Ibiza. Would not recommend. - firstly my husband was served two beers before I received my first cocktail (over 40 min wait) - their truffle mashed potatoes tasted like hospital food, whether it was from a microwave or store bought box - the “grilled” vegetables were completely burnt

Loved the live music and overall vibe 🙌🏾 was giving yacht babies with taste in food and vibes. I truly enjoyed the tuna tartar, the cod was also scrumptious with the truffle mashed potatoes on the side. I also really enjoyed my mocktail A LOT. Was super tasty and our server was an attentive cutie

That case when the view is beautiful, but the restaurant itself is not. Before coming here, we checked and saw that there were many bad reviews, but we still decided to give it a try. At the very beginning, they brought us three bottles of water even though we ordered only one (we politely asked them to take the extras away). They kept rushing us to order, and our starters were taken away before we even finished them. When we ordered a second bottle of the same wine, they brought a completely different one and almost opened it, but luckily we noticed in time. I won't even go into the constant bottles of water that kept appearing on our table. The dessert was not tasty. Of course, they asked us to leave the table because they needed it, bringing the check (which included items we hadn't ordered). The staff is rude and impolite. Conclusion: a very overrated and overpriced place. when we've been relocated to the dance room downstairs the staff was trying to take our half full glasses of wine (maybe to make us order more) likely we've noticed and said that it's half full, don't u see

The atmosphere of the restaurant was good — beautiful setting, great music, and a really nice vibe overall. Unfortunately, the food did not match the prices at all. Both salmon dishes were almost raw, and coriander was added to one plate even though we specifically asked for it to be excluded. The other dishes were also quite disappointing in terms of quality and flavor. What really ruined the experience, however, was the attitude of the waiter at the end of the evening. Our bill was around €1200, and he insisted on limiting the payment to only two cards. When we politely asked to split the bill between five people, he became visibly upset and rude (it literally took 2mn of his time to take 5 Apple Pay payments). Overall, we felt that we were not taken seriously as customers, possibly because we were a table of nine women in our 30s, which made the service feel dismissive at times. Despite the great ambiance, the food quality and customer service were far below expectations for a restaurant at this price point. I would not recommend it.

I am genuinely shocked by my experience at Roto Ibiza and feel compelled to warn anyone with food allergies before dining here. I booked a table for six friends and myself to celebrate a friend's birthday. Before even arriving, there were several communication issues regarding the booking. However, the truly concerning part of the evening was how my life-threatening nut allergy was handled. When making the reservation, I clearly informed the restaurant that I have a severe nut allergy. I also reminded staff again upon arrival. Before ordering, I specifically asked whether a dish could be prepared nut-free. The waiter told me he would check and later confirmed that it could be. When the dish arrived, I asked again to double-check that the sauce was nut-free. I was told it was a basil sauce and safe for me to eat. Trusting this information, I began eating the meal. Moments later, another waiter approached and said, "Wait, let me check." By this point, my mouth was already burning and I was experiencing an allergic reaction. I had to rush to the toilet and force myself to vomit the food. I carry an EpiPen because my allergy is severe and potentially fatal. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a medical emergency caused by incorrect information from the restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager, but no manager ever came to speak with me. Instead, I was left explaining the situation to a waiter, whose only response was, "I'm sorry about that." Given the severity of what had happened, the complete lack of urgency, concern, or accountability was astonishing. I then had to leave the restaurant and visit a pharmacy to obtain medication to help manage my symptoms. Despite this, I returned because I did not want to ruin my friend's birthday celebration or the evening for everyone else, especially as I was hosting and paying the bill. What was most disappointing was that not a single member of staff checked on me when I returned. No one asked if I was okay. No one apologised properly. No manager came to speak with me. To make matters worse, one waiter later suggested that perhaps there was another nut in the dish that I had not disclosed being allergic to. This was particularly frustrating because I recently underwent comprehensive allergy blood testing and know with certainty that I am allergic to cashews and pistachios. Rather than accepting responsibility for the mistake, it felt as though staff were trying to shift the blame onto me. Despite the fact that I could have suffered a far more serious reaction, the only compensation offered was removing the meal that caused it from the bill. Everything else remained charged. Later in the evening, around three hours before closing time, a waiter unexpectedly brought over the bill and removed my chair, seemingly because they wanted the table cleared. When I asked for the service charge to be removed, I was actually questioned about why I wanted it removed, despite everything that had happened. Throughout the evening, I remained calm and did my best not to let the situation affect my friend's birthday celebrations. However, I left feeling deeply upset, shaken, and honestly quite traumatised by how poorly such a serious allergy incident was handled. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are dealt with. In this case, there was a complete lack of care, communication, accountability, and concern for customer safety. If you have a food allergy, particularly a severe one, I would strongly advise exercising extreme caution before dining here.
