Very lovely hotel. The rooms were clean and stylish. The bed was very comfortable . The amenities were great. The front desk staff, specifically Adrien, were fabulous! They treated us like gold, knew our names and made amazing dinner reservations for us! We loved the terrace for cocktails. Recommend adding a bit of music out there to make it even better! Breakfast was perfect. Loved it!

We stayed here for a total of 3 nights before and after a cruise. We loved this hotel. The highlight is the staff. We had a couple of travel hiccups (like a cancelled flight that required an extra night's stay) and the front desk staff bent over backwards to help us out. The waiters in the restaurant were also very friendly. Everyone greeted us by name. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet options, especially the fresh fruit, dulce de leche, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Our flight left early enough that we checked out before breakfast the last night, and they even provided us with breakfast to go. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are real plants everywhere, which is a nice touch. The terrace suite was very nice with a large sitting area with a table and a couch. The terrace was large and included a dining table and chairs. There was also an extra half bath. The suite would be a great option for families. There are many bar, cafe, and restaurant options within walking distance. I highly recommend the Palo Santo hotel. We would love to visit it again.

I Recently stayed here for a long weekend and I have mixed feelings about the place. The room was spacious and comfortable (mattress not so much). It’s an absolute joke that they charge $2.50 USD for an Nespresso Capsule in the room (and do not offer an alternative coffee option) - this is the first time in my life I have ever seen this and I’ve been to 100+ countries and stayed in 1000+ of places. It’s the principle rather than the price that is the problem here! The pool is tiny but the hot tub is nice - the wide angle photos are deceiving. Breakfast I skipped after the first day as the breakfast room is really small and the options limited. Location is great and the staff are very helpful. Oh the iron and ironing board were terrible! So overall, average in every way.

Wow, I lucked out finding thos place. Small boutique hotel in a quiet street. All rooms have a small balcony, some to the street, some to the inner courtyard. Staff was super helpful (front desk, breakfast restaurant, etc.). The location was superb. The water refill station on the lobby was very convenient.

Very nice and environmentally friendly hotel, with a great breakfast and small touches, such as shower hold bars and doors that can open wider, that improve accessibility. The front desk crew is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
