We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires. The pool area is absolutely stunning, a true oasis in the city — and the restaurant was excellent, with both the food and atmosphere standing out. The rooms themselves are solid and comfortable, and the beds are truly top tier — some of the best sleep we’ve had while traveling. If you can, the seventh-floor Executive Lounge access is absolutely worth it. The added space, service, and amenities made the experience feel even more special. Overall, a fantastic hotel and a great base for exploring Buenos Aires.

I enjoyed my recent 8-night stay at the Buenos Aires Four Seasons Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The friendly front desk staff and management, including Renan Astolpho and Martin da Costa, addressed my needs and concerns and treated me with such generous friendliness. The beautiful, quiet room with its comfortable bed impressed me and the efficient daily housekeeping service more than satisfied me. I took a dip in the stunning outdoor swimming pool every day with the excellent, friendly staff there remembering my name, accommodating the lounge with a towel cover, and providing me with a glass of water. I dined on-site every night of my stay at either the Elena, Nuestro Secreto, or Pony Line restaurants, enjoying the delectable, huge tenderloin steaks at Elena and Nuestro Secreto and the sandwiches at Pony Line. And one last word – the in-room TV channel selection where I could switch to English on many of the channels made my stay even better. (Of course, I enjoyed local channels too, including C5N, 13, America2, and I felt fascinated watching Mirtha LeGrand’s Saturday evening program.) My heavenly lodging at the Four Seasons Hotel enhanced my life. God bless.

My husband and I had a beautiful stay at the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. Our room was gorgeous, had every amenity we needed, and the pool view was spectacular. The staff were genuinely friendly and so accommodating from start to finish. Breakfast was amazing, with tons of options including great gluten-free and lactose-free choices. We also loved Pony Line Bar - the cocktails were excellent, and the team was super knowledgeable about drinks. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay and can truly recommend this hotel. We spent the last three days of our South America trip here as part of our honeymoon, and it was the perfect way to end our journey. A very special thank you to Cecilia Noceda, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out and made all the difference. The breakfast team was also fantastic — always warm, attentive and welcoming. A special mention to Dante and Eloise, who made our mornings particularly enjoyable. The maté experience was a lovely and memorable highlight. We also really enjoyed the beautiful pool area and our room, which was very comfortable and well maintained. Dinner at Elena was another highlight — the food was excellent and the whole experience felt very special. All in all, a fantastic stay with truly great hospitality. We would absolutely love to come back.

A very nice hotel! Great rooms, superb location and really good Service at the Restaurants, reception …. We've stayed at the Four Seasons in Buenos Aires 12 times in recent years! Unfortunately, the service at the pool deteriorated drastically during our last two stays in December 2025 and January 2026. Pool Waiters walk past, always looking at the ground or in another direction... They hand out menus but never come back to take orders. You have to chase after them to be allowed to order anything. This level of service is very unusual for a hotel of this category and price range! During our previous stays, waiters would occasionally bring us something – some fruit or water, or thoughtful little touches as we've come to expect from the Four Seasons. Now, all we get is a cooler with a carton of water.
