It is a beautiful catholic place of worship and I went there for Pentecost Mass! It was a great experience for me. The English Mass is usually at 7am and that of Swahili at 9am local time. It is located in Stone Town.
It's nice view, beautiful and it's story behind this picture its so huge compare to the picture itself, a Muslim country where you see a Church and Mosque on the same street.. this is actual something to learn from. Religious, Politics or any other thing should not be the reason to divide us, or separate one another,.. We have to leave and stay together as a family, this is how we are going to build our society, economical, and social..
Heritage church built in late 1800s. The entrance fee of 5 USD is over rated.

Among the oldest buildings in Zanzibar. The Roman Catholic cathedral of St. Joseph is one of the most important historical buildings in Stone Town, Zanzibar, as well as one of its main visitor attractions. The church is regularly used by the local Catholic community, with several masses being held each Sunday and occasionally on weekdays
