One of the easiest recommendations for a modern, well-located stay with a design-forward feel and a genuinely useful central position.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The outdoor area is truly outstanding — beautifully designed, शांत and perfectly maintained. Whether you want to relax, enjoy the surroundings, or simply unwind, it offers a perfect atmosphere that really elevates the whole experience. What made the stay even more memorable was the incredible staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. Beyond that, everything else was simply top-notch — the rooms were spotless and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall attention to detail was impressive. This hotel is a true example of how hospitality should be done. I will definitely be returning
PURO Hotel Wrocław Stare Miasto exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay— the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, very modern, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality facilities throughout the hotel. From the moment you walk in, everything can be managed digitally, which is both convenient and efficient, and the team was always quick to respond to any requests. The location is excellent, right in a great area of Wrocław. Highly recommended.
For me, PURO is the perfect hotel. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. on weekdays, I can check in online, and there's no hassle at reception! The whole team is highly professional and takes care of everything. There's great room service, access to a gym right next door, and free bike hire from the hotel itself. The rooms are ultra-modern and you can control everything via the room's own tablet. The Puro is perfectly located, quiet but still central! I love it.
I really liked this hotel. New, modern, clean, simple, easy, nice garden, good breakfast. Rooms are a bit smaller than similar hotels around but it was good. I wish they put cattle or coffee machine in all the rooms. But no worties there is very good free coffee at the lobby available 24 hours.
Came here for a long weekend of rest & relaxation after a considerable amount of work. Previously my girlfriend and I had contemplated staying at a few of Puro's locations in Wroclaw and other cities (Gdansk and Krakow), but unfortunately our plans didn't line up. This time -while travelling solo, I decided to hit it up. I was not disappointed. I told the staff that the hotel's style, vibe, price-point, and overall niche reminded me of the German 'Motel One' chain, only better. I really liked the complimentary coffee in the lobby, the lobby itself, the room -while compact was comfortable, and loved the tablet controls for lighting, the television...etc. My stay was less as a tourist (I live nearby and visit Wroclaw often), and more for leisure, I didn't take full advantage of the amenities, though I will say seeing the option for room service was both surprising and impressive, especially given that this is a smaller more casual brand. If there's one down side its location was a bit of a hike from the train station, but it was very close to the city centre, which if I had to choose, I'd prefer. One of the desk people told me there were complaints about the gym situation, but I actually found it to be genius from a business perspective, because it is both less costly than having an in-house gym that is often underused and too small for those that do. Instead, giving complimentary access to a full gym nearby was a nice touch, that I would like to see other hotels imitate. The more time I have in Poland, I will probably stay again or in their other locations -possibly Poznan and Lodz. I even told my girlfriend "I should have chosen Puro" in regards to our previous trips.
