We stayed here as a family of three with a young child during a weekend. The staff was very nice and accomodating and immediately made sure we felt pampered. The room was nice and spacious with a lovely view, but not at all noisy. The SPA is small but there is all you need, even though it would have been nice if the pool were a bit hotter. The breakfast was very well organized, not too overcrowded, with a nice selection of sweet and savoury dishes. Would definetely reccomend!

My favorite hotel at this point in Poland. The last year I have been staying there around 4 or 5 times and it was always amazing. The rooms are fantastic, very clean and very spacious. The swimming pool and the spa area is awesome. Even the gym is well equipped. And if you like sauna you can always go up to the roof from the spa to have an amazing view of the city after... And I left the best for last... The breakfast is just to die for. Their Eggs Benedict is perfect but they have absolutely plentiful choices of the other type. Overall it's a fabulous place with great, silent service and amazing options to unwind and just to relax. Highly recommended...

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Monopol Wrocław. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive — they really make you feel valued as a guest. The room we booked completely exceeded our expectations. It’s beautifully designed, clean, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. The whole hotel has a stunning atmosphere — stylish yet relaxing, with a real sense of quality throughout. The spa suite was a real highlight of our stay. It’s the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city — peaceful, well maintained, and a great addition to a city break experience. We would absolutely stay here again, especially in the summer to experience it in a different season. Highly recommended.

Lovely room in a great hotel. Very spacious room with a large comfortable bed, great working desk and very stylish and comfortable chairs for reading. I had to spend a lot of time in the room because of work and was very comfortable. Did not eat at the restaurant but did grab a drink in the bar and it was great. Bartender made awesome cocktails and provided top service. Loved the location - some very cool restaurants nearby, good coffee shops and shopping. Highly recommend the hotel if you are in Wroclaw and want a comfortable high end stay. My only knock would be the bathroom - probably because I'm American and used to American showers. I always have challenges with European showers. This one is actually very nice, but because of the design, got water everywhere. I kind of felt it was supposed to be a Japanese approach of take a quick rinse and then take a bath, but in any event, it wasn't terrible, just maybe too stylish for it's own good.

Simply best location, reasonable prices (in Moritz) amazing attentive staff snd sky bar and spa view amazing. Rooms and beds are fantastic and so is Breakfeast. Only difference to 3-5 top hotels is lack of extravagant lobby .. all the rest is like in best and most exopensive hotels normal rooms.
