It is an old building, it need some renovation, but it is also it's charm it that sense. Our room was cozy and quiet enough but the breakfast buffet was way too chaotic and unfortunately unorganized.

Very poor customer service. At check-in, the receptionist told us breakfast was included. The next morning, after confirming our room number, we were told we had to pay. When I reminded her of what she said the day before, she raised her voice and shouted at us instead of simply admitting her mistake. Completely unprofessional and impolite. I do not recommend this hotel.
Receptionists we're friendly and great. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Close transport links to everywhere as its 2 minute walk away from major train station and tram stops. Would 100% stay again.
Overall the hotel is nice. Big pros fur us was the 24/7 reception since we arrived late at night. The room was clean and warm. The only downside we found was that the TV doesn't have a lot of channels and the WiFi was not so good
