Booked the room through agoda for 30 March - 1 April 2026. I choose the hostel because they have lift, as i have medium size of luggage. Checked in went smooth, got to the room. i were impressed with the cleanliness and spacious room for 6 bed mix dorm. they do provide shower gell. for towel you need to rent it. as well as using their kitchen with extra charges. wifi in the room was ok. sometimes the signal disconnect. To the old town, walking distance 15 - 20 minutes. To flix bus or train station 16 - 20 minutes What really surprised and shocking to me after 31 countries, from hostel to hostel. that after i checked out from the hostel i am not allowed to sit in the lobby area. The receptionist (middle-aged lady) come to me and said she will open the kitchen for me to sit. but not in the lobby. i told her i am leaving soon, only need few moments to check the map, way to go to the station. she insisted i can't sit in the lobby. only in the kitchen What a hospitality from this hostel. The rule after guests check out forbidden to sit in the lobby really amazed me. This rule by the owner (management) or by the middle aged reception. Pity, the have not bad property and cleanliness but the hospitality MINUS, NOT EVEN ZERO, BUT MINUS Every of their staff when i passed by, like i try to smile as greeting. None of them smile back. They look like super under pressure Stay on like this, for tourist to experience warmest hospitality in Poland!!!! BRAVO

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, providing a perfect balance of comfort . What stood out the most was the warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and memorable. I truly felt at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Best hostel in Wroclaw. Najlepší hostel vo Wroclaw. 🌍🙌 Great servise at the reception, All the employees are great profesional approach. Really in cases where they have to explain to some people around when dome clients come on refreshed and wise from the bar, these girls handle it great. I unintentionaly witnessed it and the lady with white hair handled it brillianty. And She was definitely not the only one. That's why Im writing this, because every person who working and I've met here, tries to make everything work. You'll be in a good place.
Here’s a shorter, punchy version suitable for a Google review: Hospitality at its worst. I had a serious issue with my room—someone was screaming at 4 a.m., which was extremely disturbing and frightening. When I went to reception to request a room change or a private room, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful. I was willing to pay extra, but they insisted I pay for two nights instead of just the upcoming night, which made no sense given the situation. No empathy, no effort to help—just a terrible attitude. Very poorly handled experience.
I recommend it; it's clean, close to the city center and train station, and reasonably priced. It's ideal for a place to stay.
