Superb! The attention to detail by the caring staff is unmatched to any other hotel that I've stayed in. Patrycja at the front desk made sure that we had a wonderful stay by going above and beyond to help with all of our requests. Kamil and one other lady whom I regret not catching her name on night shift were also very helpful. The pool facilities exceeded my expectations! I would come back just to go swimming there again :) The entire hotel is super clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast is top notch with a wide variety of fresh delicious food and drinks and dinner at Fuego was delicious. The only hint I would give the bar.. is that lime juice and lime slices are not in the Hugo Sprits recipe.. which I had quite a lot of it in my drink.. but all good. They did accommodate and made a Shirley Temple for my 10 year old son which wasn't on the menu that he loved! (Best he ever had! .. his words) Thank you again Patrycja for your assistance and fantastic guest service. We're grateful for all your efforts.
I am very pleased by this AC Hotel which exemplifies the high standards of the brand. The staff is competent, capable, friendly, and poised. My room exceeds my expectations. The breakfast buffet has great breadth and includes many traditional Polish foods and drinks. There is ample space for the guests to spread out among tables of different styles and heights. The location is convenient to the old town center. A fabulous wine shop is all but a few steps away.
This is an otherwise 5-star hotel, but any room with a glass bathroom door right next to the bed gets dropped by 3. This cost-cutting measure must stop; give me a real door and increase the cost to cover door-handle maintenance and whatnot. Not everyone is a solo traveler. It's 06:30 and I just got dressed to go down to the lobby restroom to be polite to my partner. Now I'm going to go back up and try not to wake her with the door opening and closing again.
AC Hotel Wroclaw has an excellent location — just a short walk to the Old Town, shopping malls, and plenty of eateries. The room was impressively spacious, with stylish interior design and high-quality amenities, including a nice coffee machine, and good shower gel and body lotion. The gym opens early, which was perfect for me as I was on a business trip and wanted to fit in a workout before meetings. What I liked most was the breakfast — an excellent spread with great quality and attentive service. The yogurt, fruits, and chia seed pudding were healthy yet delicious, and the bread was very good as well. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.
I booked a couple days in Wroclaw to do some sightseeing after a business trip, and I could not have chosen a better place. The location is fantastic; a five-minute walk to the old town square. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice. If I get back to Wroclaw, I will definitely stay here again.
