I didn't see any bed bugs. Even though I booked a private room, the privacy is only visual. My room was directly next to the common area where people speak super loudly even at night. You can find some unconcious drunk people laying down in front of your door in the morning. I can't say it's super clean but it's acceptable for the price. Location is great. I booked for 3 nights but could not stand and left the hotel after the 2nd night and booked another one.

I only booked this place because I had a 5:00 AM flight and wanted the cheapest possible option to drop my luggage and take a shower before leaving. I ignored the bad reviews, but I was dead wrong. This is by far the worst hostel I have ever seen. From the very second you step foot inside, you are hit with a horrible smell of garbage. To be blunt, this doesn't function like a hostel at all. What is happening inside this building is more of a humanitarian crisis; it feels like a grimy shelter for addicts and the homeless. It is full of wandering individuals who clearly need urgent help from social services. Because the building is always open with zero security or staff monitoring the door, you find all sorts of random people from the street coming in and using the common areas at all hours. The entire place is incredibly filthy. Everything is deeply disgusting, and the kitchen utensils are in such a revolting state that it is nauseating just to look at them. It is simply not worth it—not even for two hours. It is an unsanitary, profoundly unsafe, and repulsive place. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

First of all, it is very different from the kitchen photos on Booking.com, and there is no induction cooktop. The rooms are always left open, making it very vulnerable to security breaches. Instead of being set out, the bedding and pillows are piled all in one spot, leaving guests to take them themselves. Despite the large number of rooms, there is only one shower and toilet. This hostel shows absolutely no consideration for guests.

They didn't care , didn't listen what you have a problem , I says 3 times that I feel cold , can I get a extra or a fat one blanket , they says yeah we will come in your room , and , NOBODY COME , NOBODY CARE , then I take my own blanket from my car , because I get fever and also get head injury when I take shower because light continuesly off and I get big head pain , first day when I come room was super dirty with garbage and dirty floor , next day they clean it because new people coming , I make a vlog already and have a proof about to who and which college I told about my problem ! Really don't think like that if we come to your hostel because we have a small budget or we are poor , no , we come and choose your hostel because I travel alone , when I have my family and friends we go sky hotel always in Wroclaw!!! Also last time in December last week at Christmas time I come that time bugs bite me and I get itching , since 2 months !!

After I had checked out, I returned to the hostel because I had mistakenly left my backpack in the room. The staff member Anya told me that the backpack was not there and refused to go upstairs with me to check the room or to ask housekeeper for information about it When I tried to check the room for my stuff, she used physical force and pushed me away, and then forced me to leave the apartment. Later, when the room was opened by other guests, I was able to enter and found my backpack inside the same room! This behavior is unacceptable for any accommodation service.
