My second time here and it was just as good as the first time. The tall black guy, the manager “Kembe” he was absolutely wonderful on both of our visits. Very hospitable and friendly servers. I use the Groupon and it is probably the best deal on Groupon. I love eating here. It’s not 9.5 or 9.9 it is 10/10. The food is nice portions and absolutely delicious. It has a nice date night vibe, ambiance is on point, location is on point, food is on point, service is on point, pricing is fair. My new favorite restaurant in DC and I’m a tough critic. This place is gold.

We ordered japanese style fried chicken, grilled chicken BLT, cheeseburger, and 3 cheeses chicken parmesean. The japanese fried chicken was tender in the inside and crunchy in the outside. The buns on the blt and cheese burger were buttery and grilled perfect. The chicken parmesean is dry and in the salty side. We ordered coke but given a refill with different drinks. The service is a bit slow.

Everything about this place was great! Beautiful water views on a sunny Saturday, and most outdoor tables are completely shaded. I had the grilled wings, brussel sprouts, cod with crabmeat, string beans and fries. Great portions and soo good! The string beans really impressed me, super flavorful without being overcooked! Highly recommend this place!

Stopped by for dinner & grabbed a restaurant week special. The food was okay & probably wouldn’t come back unless I was in the area and nothing else was open. Service was quick & good.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was unbelievable. While drinking with some friends here, I saw a rat running around the restaurant. When I politely told the employee working, they didn’t seem to care at all. Instead, they got annoyed that we even mentioned it and brushed it off with, “it’s by the water, of course they’ll be there.” I’m sorry, but that’s not an excuse. If your restaurant has rats, the minimum expectation is that your staff cares about it and takes action. not that they get irritated at customers for pointing it out. I wish I could’ve taken a picture on time but the rat quickly went in between the drywall. Absolutely disgusting. Ontop of the rats in the restaurant I was served a beer that was expired.
