An intimate Americana and blues venue where you are never more than 25 feet from the stage.

One of the best concerts venues I’ve been to! The staff was so amazing to its guests! They had benches outside and had a heater on for us waiting outside when it was freezing! They also let us use the bathroom beforehand aswell!!! Also had a cute Photobooth inside which was so amazing! Such a nice small venue!!! I definitely would come here again! Definitely would recommend being dropped off on a Uber aswell- unless u want to pay a bit for a parking garage!!

What a fantastic venue for live music. The inside atmosphere is perfect and the bar area that transitions seamlessly from inside the venue to the outside space is done extremely well. The size of the space allows the audience to feel like they are a part of what's happening on stage, while not feeling overcrowded.

Pearl Street Warehouse is an awesome, intimate concert venue with a really cool vibe. It’s small in the best way—you can get incredibly close to the stage and feel fully part of the show. We sat in the mezzanine for the Noah Rinker performance, which was tremendous and offered a great view. The food was surprisingly affordable, simple, and genuinely good. The staff was friendly, and a special shoutout to David for being professional, kind, and making sure we were taken care of! It’s also in a great spot—there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to check out before the show, and there’s a parking garage right outside, which makes getting in and out super easy. Definitely a spot we’d love to go back to.

A more "intimate" setting for a concert, but we had a blast! The upstairs mezzanine seating is great, and if you go to a heavier show, a nice way to enjoy the concert without having to be in the pit. We got seating at the railing, and as others mentioned, this is ideal since you will otherwise have trouble seeing the show from up the steps. It never felt too crowded even though the bottom level got packed. The initial seating was a little unclear about when to line up and we would have liked a bit more communication, and the bar was great but got slammed at an intermission as they seemed under-prepared with staffing. However, bathrooms were clean and the staff was still nice. All-in-all, venue is very important when it comes to a good concert, and they did not disappoint!
