Echostage DC is always a great experience. The laser and light production really adds to the shows and makes every event feel high energy and well put together. Security is consistently present and professional, which helps keep things organized and safe without being overbearing. Shoutout to Jenn, Alex, and Dave for being helpful and professional. The only small downside is that drinks can be a little pricey, but overall it’s still one of the best venues in DC for live music and events!

I just wanted to say thank you for an absolutely awesome experience. Eric and Chelsea were incredible bartenders and took great care of me all night. Friendly, professional, quick, and genuinely made the experience better.Mo, the VIP security is an absolute legend. I've been around a lot of security over the years, and the level of attention to detail and awareness this guy has is unreal. It was honestly some next level Secret Service type shit. Everywhere you looked, he was already three steps ahead, taking care of issues left, right, freaking everywhere you look, handling issues. Does the guy even blink? Does he drink water? Take a break? I swear every time I looked around, he was locked in and on point. The new faces and positive changes are definitely noticeable, and people like Mo, Eric, and Chelsea are a huge reason why. If they're not already being recognized for the level of service they're providing, they absolutely should be.Great staff, great atmosphere, and one hell of a team.

Love me some echostage! Great shows at decent prices (usually). Parking could definitely be better, but that's not really a venue issue. That's on DC. I like that they switched out the coat check for the lockers, just saw that change at my last visit and it was much smoother. Not as much waiting in line. The staff is attentive and always available. They handle crowd control and disruptive behavior very smoothly. Be careful if you're trying to be sneaky in the crowd, cuz they're everywhere. Bathrooms are a decent size and decently clean until a certain point of the night but you can only expect so much 😂 I will absolutely keep coming back

Echostage offers a great venue and lineup of artists, but the service was lacking. The security staff were unfriendly from the entrance and unhelpful when I needed information. Hopefully, they can work on improving customer service to enhance the overall experience.
