We were visiting DC and had an amazing dinner here at Bourbon Steak. The service was outstanding, our server brought out fries, bread, and salad which we were not expecting at all. My wife had the lobster pot pie and I had the delmonico. Steak were cooked perfectly with perfect seasoning. The best steak I've had in 2026 and I'm a steak lover. The lobster pot pie was delicious and the table side serving was a show. Highly recommended if you're looking for a special occasion steakhouse.

I had a beautiful dining experience at Bourbon Steak inside the Four Seasons Georgetown. Although it’s known as a steakhouse and my client truly enjoyed his steak, I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent the vegetarian options were. I ordered the truffle mac and cheese and it was outstanding — the pieces of black truffle were rich, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. I also tried the mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and beet salad, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. As a vegetarian, I felt completely satisfied and well taken care of, which is not always the case at steakhouses. Beyond the food, the overall experience was exceptional. The service was warm, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. The ambiance felt elegant yet welcoming — almost like being in a refined but cozy family setting. Even the small details, like the lotion in the restroom, reflected the quality and care behind the experience. Walking there in the beautiful Georgetown weather and enjoying such a well-curated meal made the evening feel abundant and special. I left feeling satisfied, grateful, and truly impressed. Highly recommend — whether you’re going for steak or vegetarian options, the experience delivers.

The service was simply spectacular. The attention from start to finish was outstanding, highly professional, and very consistent. Although steaks are clearly their specialty, the fish I ordered was exceptional, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The overall experience was top tier in both service and quality. Highly recommended.

I’m just really tired of being tricked into buying a lobster I’m thinking would be more than what it is. I was charged 128 bucks for a whole lobster, and it was underwhelmingly small. While it was delicious, I would have much rather paid 139 for the lobster pot pie. Someone’s picture online showed like it was much more food for the price. I’m surprised there’s not one place in DC with a decent large lobster tail on their menu except for the palm. I feel like this little thing was a huge waste of money. However, that being said, it was extremely delicious and cooked perfectly over an open wood burning flame, how it should be. I told the server I want a huge lobster that will fill me up. I specifically stated that I hate small lobsters. Knowing what I wanted, she allowed me to order this anyway. The picture I painted in my servers head, should have known I would not be satisfied with that portion.

That $150 porterhouse didn’t just feed me—it gave my taste buds a religious experience, leaving behind nothing but emotional damage and the urge to order another one immediately. Easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in my life, and I say that as someone who treats steak like a competitive sport. Sharing this 32oz with my partner felt less like generosity and more like survival. Every bite was so tender it practically folded itself into submission before my teeth even got involved. The truffle mac and cheese was rich enough to have its own accountant, and the Brussels sprouts somehow made me forget they were vegetables. The only miss was the half-shell oysters—Tiny little things. I’ve seen larger raindrops during a light drizzle. But honestly, the steak overshadowed them so hard they basically became background extras in a blockbuster movie.
