The place to be in Warsaw! A truly elegant and stylish hotel with a very calm, refined atmosphere. I was assigned a beautiful Executive Suite, tastefully designed. Housekeeping did an excellent job – everything was spotless. Monika U. took great care of my stay, thank you again for that. The concierge team was also fantastic, always friendly and helpful with all my requests. I stayed for 4 days and would have loved to stay longer, but had to head back. The location is perfect: quiet, yet very central. If anything, I would look at improving the breakfast quality – the coffee was not great and the food could be more refined. Other than that, everything was spot on! 5/5. One of the best hotels in Europe. The reviews here really speak for themselves!
This hotel is stunning, the true definition of a 5-star experience with both the property and staff. My wife and I travel extensively, and rarely have we been treated as warmly at a super-upscale property, which are often stuffy. This is certainly not the case at Raffles. We were fortunate to be checked in by Dawid, who recommended an amazing restaurant that we loved, discussed local must-see sites, and even gave us some advice regarding our ongoing travel around Poland. The food is amazing and so are the rooms and facilities. This is a gem of a hotel.
Unfortunately, during breakfast one of the waitresses was not very friendly, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from this, our stay at the Raffles Hotel was very pleasant. The atmosphere, comfort, and overall service were excellent and truly lived up to the hotel’s reputation. We still enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to return.
Raffles Europejski Warsaw is a stunning architectural landmark, perfectly situated along the Royal Route — just a short walk from the Old Town and the Presidential Palace. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. David, in particular, went out of his way to provide us with personalized recommendations for our next stop in Gdańsk, which we truly appreciated. Our King Deluxe Room was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed, featuring elegant finishes, a comfortable bed, a well-placed desk area, and a luxurious marble bathroom. Each morning, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast buffet with both indoor and outdoor seating, offering an inviting and relaxed start to the day. In the evening, the intimate bar provided the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail. This grand, historic property combines timeless style with genuine hospitality — a memorable stay in the heart of Warsaw.
This is my clear #1 hotel in Warsaw, and easily one of the top 3 in the world, considering the price ($100-1000/night range). All of the spaces, including rooms are in great condition, incredible well-designed and just beautiful. Rooms are spacious and super quiet. Location is obviously insane (proximity to old town, one of the best restaurants in Warsaw - Epoka) and subway. Staff is super friendly, extremely polite and helpful, from the room service, through concierge and check-in staff to Mr. Godlewski, who handles the art tours around the hotel - free service, be sure to check it out! Parking might be a little tricky for out-of-towners, but my tip would be to just use an app and public parking right in front of the hotel - never had an issue and overnight it's free. Breakfast is amazing, classic polish cuisine options, with some careful twists. Everything is really good, definitely recommend the french toasts though! Finally, the spa area is amazing too, a lot of options and awesome vibes!
