The hotel looks beautiful, but unfortunately, the interior is the only thing we liked about our stay. I have diabetes and rely on insulin, which must be kept at a safe temperature. Before a long journey, we asked the hotel to place the cooling packs from our portable medical cooler in a freezer. This was not a request for special treatment, but a basic health-related accommodation that every other hotel we have stayed in has provided without hesitation. Even another hotel from the same chain, “Stare Miasto”, was happy to help us with exactly the same request. Despite clearly explaining that improper insulin storage could create serious health risks, the staff refused to assist. The only solution offered was a bucket of ice, which is clearly not a reliable or practical option for keeping medical cooling packs frozen and ensuring the safe transportation of insulin during a long trip. What disappointed us even more was the complete lack of empathy and willingness to find a solution. When I asked to speak with or contact hotel management, my request was also refused. It is ironic that the hotel has taken great care to accommodate guests using wheelchairs, yet showed no consideration for a guest with a chronic medical condition. Accessibility should include all guests, not only those with visible disabilities. We have been loyal customers of this hotel chain for a long time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Because of the staff’s attitude and the lack of support in a health-related situation, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who may need even minimal assistance with a medical condition. A beautiful hotel is not enough when basic human understanding, flexibility, and customer care are missing.

I prefer Puro Stare Miasto overall, but generally the Centrum hotel is also very good as a base/location. The sound insulation is somewhat mediocre, you can sometimes hear people walking above you, and the room doors from neighboring rooms slam loudly. Cleanliness was very good. The bathroom has a bit of a hospital vibe, but otherwise the staff was very friendly. The hotel scent was also very strong and I did not like it, it reminded me of a car air freshener.

We had a truly excellent stay. The service was consistently nice, open, and efficient in resolving our needs. The restaurant offers great food and a cool breakfast, with excellent options for vegan guests. Rooms are spotlessly clean daily, and room service is fast. The sauna is a great amenity. Suggestion for Improvement: It would be highly appreciated if the sauna operating hours could be extended until 11:00 PM, especially in winter. Also, integrating alarm setting and window opening control into the in-room tablet would be a very useful upgrade.

Highly recommend PURO!! Great location, friendly and helpful staff, always smiling! Beautiful design and comfortable rooms. Also the breakfast had a lot of healthy options which I appreciate! The Magari restaurant had great food, we ate not only one lunch and dinner there! Thank you for our beautiful stay!
