5/5 - A wonderful, peaceful retreat I’ve stayed at many excellent hotels, and this one is truly impressive. Everything was high-quality and well-thought-out. The Room: Very spacious and quiet, with a beautiful Japanese-inspired design. It felt very private and shielded from street noise. The bed had a great mattress with high-quality linens, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast: Honestly exceptional. I’ve had breakfast at some top-tier hotels, and this was easily among the best. Staff & Location: The team was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, but it’s a nice stroll, and public transport is very frequent and convenient. Highly recommended for a relaxing and stylish stay!
I very much enjoyed my 3 nights at Nobu in Warsaw. Lovely, clean, good sized room. Great shower and nice toiletries. The fitness center was great, the breakfasts were really excellent. The team that worked breakfasts was superb. I will happily stay again when visiting Warsaw.
Nobu Hotel Warsaw was truly unforgettable. From its elegant, modern design to the exceptional food and perfectly crafted cocktails, every detail exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere combines contemporary sophistication with a warm, inviting feel. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their attentive and personalized service and warm hospitality. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and offer a refined sense of comfort. A perfect blend of luxury, style, and hospitality in the heart of the city. We can’t wait to return!
We stayed at the hotel for a weekend as a couple, and overall, we expected more. Compared to other hotels in a similar price range, this one does not stand out in a good way. Starting with the positives — the hotel smells beautiful, which gives a very nice first impression. The experience at Nobu, especially the tasting menu, was interesting and worth trying. The bed was big and very comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice. There were also some clear downsides. The spa area is very small — the sauna is tiny and placed in the corner, and there are only two loungers. During our visit, there was a drunk couple sleeping and snoring there, with their clothes spread around. They also left small towels with blood stains, which was very unpleasant. We only went in once, and I left right away because it felt disgusting. There was no staff in the spa area to report it to, and no one reacted for a long time. The rooms look nice, but they are nothing special, apart from the bathroom. The service was mixed — some staff were helpful, but others seemed lost or not very interested, which we noticed during breakfast and dinner. I visit Warsaw quite often for weekend trips, and next time I would choose a different hotel. I don’t really recommend this one, as there are better places for the same or even lower price. However, I do recommend coming here for the sushi or the tasting menu.
Unfortunately I have some mixed feelings about the Nobu Hotel in Warsaw... First, the positives: The location is great, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I initially stayed in the older part of the hotel and later asked to move to the newer wing. Both have their own style, the old part has more of a classic, wooden feel, while the new part is very modern, clean, and stylish. Personally, I strongly preferred the new wing. The room there felt much more comfortable and premium. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff on the third floor, truly outstanding. I eat oatmeal every night, and without even asking, the cleaning staff replaced my used bowl and spoon with clean ones. That level of attention to detail was genuinely impressive and very much appreciated. Now to the downside, which unfortunately had a big impact on the overall experience. The front desk service was consistently disappointing. Not just a one-off situation, across multiple interactions, the tone and behavior felt unprofessional, unfriendly, and at times even dismissive. There seemed to be a lack of service mindset, especially for a hotel of this standard. Requests were met with resistance rather than solutions, and the communication often came across in a way that made guests feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. I also noticed similar situations with other guests during my stay several times. Additionally, there appeared to be confusion and also clear inconsistency in how the hotel communicates its relationship with Hilton. I booked the stay through Hilton as a Diamond member, and there is visible Hilton Honors branding at the front desk. However, when bringing this up, staff repeatedly responded with “we are not Hilton” in a dismissive way, almost as if distancing themselves from it. While this may be technically correct, it is not an appropriate or professional way to communicate with guests who booked through that channel. From a customer perspective, there is an expectation of alignment, clarity, and service, none of which were delivered in these interactions. It ultimately came across less as clarification and more as a lack of service awareness and unwillingness to take ownership of the guest experience. From a fitness and wellness perspective, the gym is very limited and old, minimal equipment, light dumbbells, and no real setup for a proper workout besides cardio. Also, no pool or notable wellness area, which falls short of expectations for a hotel in this category. Overall, the hotel itself has great potential, beautiful typical Nobu design, great rooms, and excellent housekeeping, but the front desk experience significantly takes away from what could otherwise be a top-tier stay.
