My stay at Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw was absolutely extraordinary and one of the most elegant hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hotel impressed me with its majestic Neo Renaissance architecture, historic atmosphere, and timeless luxury. Built in 1901, the hotel perfectly combines Polish history with sophisticated modern comfort. The interiors are breathtaking, with refined Art Deco elegance, magnificent details, and a truly royal atmosphere throughout the property. Walking through the lobby and historic halls feels like stepping into another era of European luxury. The location is exceptional, right on the historic Royal Route near the Presidential Palace and Warsaw’s Old Town, making the experience even more special. The rooms were luxurious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, while the service was impeccable professional, attentive, and welcoming at every moment. Overall, a world class hotel in Warsaw historic, sophisticated, and absolutely unforgettable.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Everything is just perfect. The rooms are wonderful, the bed extremely comfortable. But the most memorable thing is how kind the staff is. I wasn’t feeling well, and they kept checking in on me, sent tea to my room, helped me find a hospital, and it was so nice of them since I was here all alone for work. I can’t thank them enough for being so caring.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol in Warsaw. We booked through American Express and were lucky to get a room upgrade to the Grand Suite. The check-in was late at night, but the reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful: it’s a historic building from the early 1900s, and you can really feel that old-world charm the moment you walk in. It feels like stepping into the 1920s, but everything is perfectly maintained and mixed with modern comforts. The room was spacious and elegant, with handwritten welcome notes, a bottle of wine, and chocolates waiting for us. The spa is great, though it’s best to go when it’s not crowded since it’s more suited for a few guests at a time. The gym is well equipped, and we had no trouble doing our usual workouts. On our last night, we tried the hotel bar: the cocktails were excellent. Breakfast was also a highlight, with lots of variety and everything tasting fresh and delicious. Even though we were in Warsaw for business, staying here felt like a short vacation. The location is perfect: safe, central, and close to everything. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we’d definitely stay at again.
Excellent 5 star hotel in very location. Service is top class, always polite, friendly and helpful, rooms are big and equipped with everything you would expect from this class of hotel. Nice old fashion but still luxurious decor of hotel creates an additional amazing atmosphere. Great selection of food for breakfast. Very nice spa area with swimming pool and saunas. Possible to park a car at the hotel. I close neighbourhood plenty of places to visit. Highly recommend.
Absolutely stunning property- a flawless blend of classic elegance and modern luxury. The building itself is breathtaking, with beautifully restored architecture and refined interiors. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool and spa area are cozy, offering a serene retreat in the heart of the city. Their breakfast is exceptional with great selection. The location is perfect: right in the old city centre, just steps from the market square and the Christmas markets. We had a truly outstanding stay, thank you!
