As an ‘adventurer’ who loves to travel a lot, I knew that I have booked a room in a luxury hotel but I really did not know that this hotel was going to turn out to be the best hotel that I have ever stayed by far. The staff is very kind and friendly, the rooms are large, fancy and comfortable, the food in its restaurant is delicious. Words truly cannot describe my satisfaction. Excellent Stay at H15 Boutique Hotel – A Marriott Gem Our stay at H15 Boutique Hotel was genuinely excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and professional, with particularly helpful assistance from the concierge. The welcome was warm, efficient, and exactly what one hopes for when arriving after travel. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the shower was outstanding — strong pressure, modern design, and a genuinely enjoyable experience. It is clear that attention has been paid to guest comfort. The property itself has an interesting and distinctive history, which adds real character to the stay. It feels refined yet welcoming — boutique in personality but supported by Marriott standards. The restaurant was very good: quality food, well presented, and served with a smile. Service throughout was friendly and professional without being intrusive. Breakfast was also excellent, offering both a well-stocked buffet and freshly cooked-to-order options — a very good balance. Parking was secure, convenient, and underground — an important detail for those traveling by car. Overall, this was a very well-managed property delivering exactly what it promises. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and one we would happily repeat.
