Recommended by our hotel concierge, this place was jam packed ! We were escorted to the upstairs dining area, which on our own, we would have never found. The service was friendly but not genuine. Almost orchestrated like a show. Our service seemed to decline a tad after I returned the bottle of their recommended house wine, after the initial tasting. The accruement of dishes before the meal was over the top both in variety/how delicious everything was. Our mains were equally delicious. The two sole dishes however we needed to request to be deboned, which I thought was rather odd. The schnitzel was a show stopper. We all shared a dessert treat. Definitely give this place a try.

This place is great... still thinking about it months later (we went in November 2025)! We had lunch here on a Wednesday, and it was super crowded. Loved the lively atmosphere. We didn't know how the seating worked (e.g., could we sit at any open table?), so we got someone's attention, and she found us a perfect spot in the back of the dining room. Service was prompt. We started with some cocktails and the vitello tonnato - which was insanely good. We then ordered the two pieces of Wiener Schnitzel (a no-brainer for the price) with the potato salad on the side. No other place we tried schnitzel came close to the taste. We then walked over to the pastry counter and brought back to our table a citrus tart and a Punschkrapfen - which had such an amazing rum flavor that I had to go back another night and get again as a snack (along with some open-faced savory bites). If you're shopping along Bognergasse or in the center of the city, would highly recommend stopping in!

It was extremely crowded, and reservations only apply to the indoor seating area, which I preferred over sitting outside. The atmosphere was elegant and pleasant. Although we had to wait quite a while, the service was efficient considering how busy the restaurant was. The schnitzel was tasty, not the best I've had, but still enjoyable. The ribeye steaks, however, were disappointing. We ordered them medium, but they arrived well done. On top of that, they didn't seem like true ribeye cuts. The sauce served with the steak wasn't particularly good either. Overall, the experience was quite mediocre

We loved everything in this restaurant; from the friendly professional staff to the food and service snd the atmosphere inside. We made a booking on the wrong day, but the lady in charge still gave us a table despite a queue. It was a big relief since we had a hungry baby with us. The service was quick snd the food was very nice; we loved everything that we ordered; schnitsel, goulash, salad, and cold bites from the window. We’d definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Vienna.

The best potato salad of Vienna is here. We went there two times during our vacation. Their potato salads is that much delicious that whenever I put it in my mouth I was surprised by its taste like the first time.
