The food at this place is so good that we went here twice during our stay in Vienna. The schnitzel trio is served not only with meat but also with salad and potatoes. I also recommend trying the lentil soup. I usually hate lentils, but this is the first lentil soup that I've loved
I ended up here by chance after my original lunch plan fell through, and I’m really glad it did. The food was so good (especially the roast pork) that I came back the next day. Monica made the experience stand out even more, she recognized me right away, greeted me with a smile, and made me feel genuinely welcome. I asked for her recommendation and it was spot on, everything I tried was delicious. There’s something really special about being treated with that kind of warmth and care. The whole place has a relaxed, unpretentious vibe, and combined with the great food, it made me want to come back immediately. Definitely a place I’ll return to next time I’m in Vienna.
We had the schnitzel trio which was a great introduction to schnitzel. I couldn’t really tell what is what protein but all of them were good. The potato salad was great. The roast pork with dumplings were my favorites from the potato dumplings to the pork it was so juicy, flavorful and tender.
Place is always a great spot to snag lunch. Dining area is a bit small and shared with the kitchen so some smells may cling to your clothes. Food is fast, fresh, and delicious!
My husband and I got the Schnitzel trio and the roasted pork with sauerkraut and dumplings. It was so tasty and filling. This is not a sit down restaurant and more of an order at counter and seat yourself kind of place. There’s 2-3 high tops so not a lot of seating but we got lucky and went right when it opened. The staff were very nice and the bathrooms were very cleaned and stocked. Would highly recommend for lunch or dinner. A bit pricey but worth it! For all that we got, it was about 30€.
