Quick service. Nice sausage. Both spicy and cheesy were tasty. I bit expensive for what you get, especially when you eat standing around the kiosk. A must try though when in Vienna.
A must-stop in Vienna! Bitzinger is such a fun and delicious street food experience. They hollow out a baguette, load it up with mustard, and slide in your sausage of choice—simple idea, but absolutely incredible. Everything was flavorful and satisfying, especially after a long day of exploring. And of course, you have to pair it with a Budweiser Budvar (the original Czech Budweiser) to complete the experience. Quick, unique, and seriously tasty—don’t miss it!
We have ordered the cheese and original flavour hotdog, the sausage is juicy and smoky, especially the cheesy one, it was pecfect with the mustard and ketchup🌭 However, the bread is not crunchy and crispy, it’s soft and soggy, not my type. The staff is nice, wearing a smile all the time. I recommend you go and have a try if there is no queue~
We ate here as a quick dinner while exploring the city and it was just okay. The bread was fresh and the sasuage was very tasty, you can only add ketchup or mustard which was kind of a bummer tho. But overall good and would come back.
Real good sausages in the centre of Vienna. We came here twice on our trip and both times the service was great. We also had a few beers. It does get pretty packed at time but the location is close to a really nice park and can also go up the escalator nearby in the upper plaza area which has plenty of benches. Would go again if I’m back in town!
