Every room is unique, blending modern aesthetics with the authentic charm of Venice, and all thoughtfully connected to art in a way that feels inspiring rather than overwhelming. You can sense the creativity and thoughtfully considered design in every detail. Breakfast on the terrace is a wonderful highlight — delicious food with a stunning view that makes every morning feel special. The service is exceptional as well; the entire team is genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel’s concept store is another gem, offering inspiring objects and clothing curated with incredible taste. It perfectly reflects the artistic spirit of the hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!
An absolutely unforgettable stay. The Venice Venice Hotel is without question one of the most beautiful hotels we have had the privilege to experience — and we travel often. The aesthetic vision is remarkable: a bold yet refined dialogue between Venetian heritage and contemporary design. Every space feels curated, intentional, and inspiring. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. It was simply incredible. Attentive yet discreet, warm yet impeccably professional — the team delivers a level of hospitality that feels both natural and exceptional. You can sense genuine care behind every interaction. Bravo to the entire team for creating such a unique and memorable experience. We are already looking forward to coming back.
My wife and I stayed here for two nights in April. From check-in to leaving we received nothing short of kind and well-involved service. Gianmarco and his team made our experience very special. Every room is unique and well appointed, we had a very beautiful view of the canal. We will not hesitate to stay here again.
OK so let me give a useful review for those confused by the feedback. If you are a four seasons lover where it is all about total convenience and minimalist comfort, this is not the hotel for you. If you love the boutique feel blended with stunning historical architecture and artistic value then this is heaven. The hotel reception, lobby, and bar is just stunning, every detail is thought through and the service and food is exceptional. The deck outside the restaurant is the most perfectly positioned in Venice, pure candy for the eyes as the Venice traffic passes at its own pace. The overall service is exceptional, Claudia on reception planned a whole day visits to Murano and Burano and it was superbly executed while staying in communication on WhatsApp to ensure everything happens on time. The rooms are stunning, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the design is fabulous. The lighting system is the only slight reservation I had as I am a techy and it is unnecessarily complex and challenging at times. No plugs to side of bed is an issue for me as I have a CPAP machine but they do have USBC sockets: Location is top notch, just short of the Rialto bridge, you are able to get to almost anywhere by foot within 10-15 mins and the simplicity of being able to land and depart in a boat is superb. The spa is not a full spa but a treatment groom and a private room with an indoor pool and Turkish bath which can be rented out for extra. The therapists were fantastic and the Turkish bath so cool. Overall, this is an exceptional location and a wonderful treat. Perfect for couples or parents with elder kids. Not where I would take younger kids for fear of breaking something. Fix the lighting and it is a full 5/5
