From Quentin who facilitated the room for us , to Vanessa who took care of bookings at Gios and the waiter Luca who was so engaging and introduced me to a poet Giuseppe Ungaretti who I can use now in my lecturing. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Venice. The room in which we stayed was One-Bedroom King Suite with Canal View. The property was very quiet and calm, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were amazing—extremely helpful and highly professional throughout our stay. We were privately transferred from Venice Airport in the St. Regis speedboat, which was a fantastic start to our three days in the city. The rooms were beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and the location made it easy to explore Venice while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. The dining experience was excellent, and every interaction with the team reflected genuine warmth and a commitment to exceptional hospitality throughout our visit.

What can I say? This was a superb experience. The staff went the extra mile and were very welcoming. The location and the views that come with it are perfect. The hotel is chic and modern, unlike most of the properties in Venice. This is the ideal place stay in the city. The restaurant is excellent as well. I would definitely go back again and again. The river can be seen directly from the guest rooms, creating a calm and distinctly Venetian ambiance throughout the stay. They say it’s the best hotel in Venice and for good reason. Can’t tell you how many people told me to stay here and not consider any other option and they were absolutely right! The location is amazing, the rooms are extremely roomy, comfortable, and private. And the butler service is on another level- starting from weeks before you arrive and throughout the entire stay. We booked a private water “taxi” from the airport to the hotel via our butler ahead of time and it was magical driving through the Grand Canal ahead of our arrival. I also asked for an assortment of fresh flowers and balloons to adorn the room to surprise my wife- they did not disappoint and I was shocked they didn’t charge more once I saw what I had paid for. As an important anecdote, my wife lost one of her rings on the transfer in and they did not quit until they found it. They took us to the hotel and told us not to worry- they found it and delivered it to the hotel the next day with a beautiful note. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such tenacious service with actual follow up from a hotel and their connections in my lifetime. Truly next level. Don’t hesitate to book this place.
