A charming vegetarian bistro, tea room, and independent bookstore located on the quiet Misericordia canal.

So as far as I can tell this is my new paradise spot in Venice. Perfectly located beyond the partying spritz cicchetti bars in Cannaregio, this one is also a carefully curated bookshop with tables inside and out on the canal leading to the Misericordia. We sampled vegan and vegetarian crostini and two botanical prosecco drinks, one with basil and the other finocchietto. Every bite was perfection - balanced, crunchy/chewy/creamy, bursting with fresh flavors. We plan to return many times to sample other treats.

We found this café in a quieter area of Venice, away from the crowds. The interior feels warm and cozy, with lots of books around—some of them children’s books—which go really well with the wooden décor. It’s a lovely place to slow down and take a short break during your trip. We visited in the morning and were a bit disappointed that only desserts were available, as we had hoped for brunch. Still, the atmosphere alone made it a pleasant and memorable stop.

Wow! what a sweet place, we had great coffee, great tea, splendid carrot cake and some reading for the kids. It has a really cute ambience which adds another touch, perhaps taken from somewhere you would think is else, to Venezia. No wonder it is crowded, it seems this place is really loved.

We had breakfast here two days in a row. It’s a lovely place that combines a cafe and a bookstore. The interior is very cozy and charming:) The food is incredibly delicious. I especially loved the tableware and the way everything is served - it’s very beautiful. The service is good, but since the place is usually very busy, the staff sometimes can’t keep up. Still, it’s definitely worth visiting for the atmosphere and the amazing food.

Cosy little place to grab a bite. Love the atmosphere. The quality and food combos are amazing! Only bad is the service is a bit slow, the waitress even forgot to bring out a dish but it was ok since we weren't that hungry and it wasn't added to the bill after.
