A wonderful hotel that makes you want to come back again! 😊 We rested there with our family from April 22 to April 25. From the first minute you can feel the hospitality and care for the guests. We were greeted very warmly, even though we had a rather late check-in, which went quickly and without any problems. The room was clean, spacious and cozy, with a modern interior and a comfortable bed - we slept just fine. I especially liked that the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is also excellent - it is convenient to get to the main locations and transport. Overall, the stay left only positive emotions. I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates comfort, service and a pleasant atmosphere! 💙💛
Loved everything about this place . The host was so gracious and kind. She really made me feel so special. She even let me store my luggage in locked room because I arrived too early . Great location . Ferry’s are foot steps away and all of the restaurants as well. The room was very comfortable and I felt very safe and relaxed . I would definitely recommend staying here . I was so happy I chose this beautiful place.
The hotel is very clean and nice and location and view was amazing also staff was very kind
It was a quite nice hostel, I stayed 4 nights in 2018. The price was also affordable for solo travelers. The location is superb and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was clean and has very sufficient cutlery for a long stay. The bathrooms are shared. Since Venice is small city, it's really easy to reach all sides of the island from the hostel by walking. If I have chance to go Venice again, I will definitely prefer to stay here. One negative comment that I should say, the bathroom floor was super slippery that I had almost fallen. Maybe the landlord could find a solution for it. Thx for your hospitality!
Silk Road was one of the nicest hostels I've ever been to - it was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were light and airy feeling, large with only a few beds, lockers, individual lights and outlets by each one. The breakfast was packaged goods, coffee, yogurt, toast and the like. The biggest drawback of this hostel is that there are only two bathrooms. As it wasn't full when I stayed there and I usually shower at night, this wasn't ever a huge problem (I only ever had to wait for 5 minutes), but I can imagine that it could possibly difficulties in high season when the rooms are packed. Otherwise, I loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves, the room felt very cozy and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. :)
