We stopped for a drink at this lovely restaurant on the plaza. Outdoor seating was available and the view was superb. The staff were professional and attentive. The live band take requests and they played our wedding song for us despite never hearing of it beforehand. Expensive, but it's hard to beat the service and location.

Location is everything here and this is a destination restaurant in a fabulous spot. You certainly pay for the privilege. The decor is lovely (although the stuffed animals with jokey wings might not be to everyone's taste) and the arrangement of the tables well-spaced and discreet. The table dressing is quite beautiful although it is set up to up-sell you a glass of champagne before the menus are presented. There are four set menus but you can choose a la carte from any of the menus. This is the wise choice. We both started with the marinated scallops which my partner liked less than I did (“flabby”). The main courses were disappointing. The fish and the fillet of beef were both rather lost in their fixings and seasonings – and the beef a little tough. Service good but not outstanding. Overall this is a pretty amazing experience with a price to match: it could up its game particularly on the main courses.

Value for money 1 star. Overpriced; felt like a tourist trap; they charge 150€ for a window table, service was good but felt a bit 'smike for the tourist'; they hover over you with the payment terminal and say "service charge is optional" (nice guilt trip). Food was ok but not sure I'd give it Michelin 1 star. Value for money: 1 star. Overall, I left feeling significantly overcharged and underwhelmed.

Stopped in for an aperitivo for three people with two sodas, one spritz, and two orders of their seafood cichetti and the bill came out to 116 euros. Service was fast and great, and you cannot beat the view because you are right in St. Mark’s Square with a live band playing. You are really paying a premium for the atmosphere and ambiance here. We only did an aperitivo but I can imagine for a larger meal with drinkers your check will balloon quickly. It is a one and done bucket list sort of place. The seafood cichetti were good and tasty but you can find even better cichetti a little further into the heart of Venice.

Exceptional Dining Experience with a Magical View of San Marco A wonderful restaurant with a truly unique view of St. Mark’s Square. The elegant interior with warm, pleasant lighting creates an oasis of calm right in the heart of Venice. The staff who served us were kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The food — a menu inspired by the gifts of the Venetian lagoon — was excellent, and the wine selection was absolutely outstanding. We spent two relaxing hours in an enchanting setting, made even more special by the breathtaking view of the illuminated San Marco. When the staff learned that we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary in Venice, they surprised us with a sweet dessert accompanied by warm anniversary wishes. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made us truly happy and touched our hearts. Thank you to everyone at Quadri for creating such an exceptional and memorable anniversary experience.
