The hostel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Location is pretty awesome, there is an awesome square to grab coffee nearby and a crazy nice view of the grand canal a few steps from the front door.

Nice place to sleep and hang around - the main problem is that it's right next to the Grand Canal, which sounds nice, but also comes with it's fair share of mosquitos which will raid your room and your bodies if you have the windows open at night (which you will in summer). But when that's not happening, the workers are friendly and flexible, there's complimentary coffee and other food on hand, and the beds aren't too bad. Some lockers available, as necessary with hostels, but it all feels homely and safe anyway. Can be hard to find when it's dark out as you have you turn in a slim alley, but follow their provided directions and there won't be a problem.

The people were great and very friendly but this hostel needs a lot of updates. The showers in both bathrooms had black mold around he edges. The screens on the windows when present had holes in them allowing the mosquitoes to come in and bite you. Additionally, there was not air conditioning. With all that being said it was in a great location not far from the action in Venice.

I stayed in a 5 person dorm with 5 friends. All the beds were singles and they were all clean and comfortable. We also each had a locker in the room to store valuables. The room itself was large and airy and nicely furnished. There was a kitchen area which had a cooker and was stocked with dishes. The only real issue was that in the showers there was a fair amount of mold around which but they did mostly seem clean. Cindy who was working on reception at the time was very helpful with great English and did an excellent job checking us in. The location is pretty great for travellers as it is close to the train station and not a long walk from most of the city's main attractions. The night was fairly expensive for a hostel at €41 however I'm not sure how that compares to other hostels in the area.

The receptionist is awesome! She provided me a lot of good recommendation of the restaurants and the sites. I heard about the free rooftop shopping mall from her, it wad totally worth-going!The panoramatic view is outstanding. But you need to make a reservation ahead of the time. Speaking of the hostle, it is a really good one!The location is super nice, you can reach there from train station in 10 mins(if you dont get lost lol) you shouldn't attempt to walk by the water side, there is no road to the end. The room is generally clean and fully equipped, the space is large enough to put all your belongs. But using the bath and the restroom is kinda challenging, you probably need to wait in the morning. Overall, i had a very pleasant stay there, will definitely go back in the future!
