Absolutely fabulous hotel. It’s our first time to Venice and this hotel has been perfect. The room was overlooking the Grand Canal and had everything we needed. The location is great. Very close to the Rialto Bridge and easy to get everywhere by foot or boat. The breakfast was excellent. Service is great. Everyone we’ve encountered has been very friendly and welcoming.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel L'Orologio Venezia. The hotel has a very modern style with interesting decoration and interior design that gives it a unique atmosphere. The staff were nice and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good overall. One thing I wish they improved was having more egg variety options at the breakfast buffet. Also, the rooms are quite small and not very spacious. Another inconvenience was the lack of outlets, there was only one outlet on each side of the bed and one in the bathroom, which made using things like an iron a bit difficult. The light switches being located only near the bedside instead of near the entrance was also not very practical. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the temperature could not go lower than 20°C, which made it a little warm at times. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, it’s still a nice and stylish hotel in Venice with a good atmosphere and friendly service.

Where do I begin? My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel L’Orologio Venezia. The interior is gorgeous and well maintained. Our room felt luxurious, with high ceilings and generous spacing that made the stay feel especially comfortable. Breakfast was great too, with a solid spread and lots of choice. One random standout feature (perhaps unexpectedly!) was the shower. It was without question the best shower I have ever used! I’ve seen a few comments about not having canal-facing rooms, but I really wouldn’t worry about this. You can head out to the entrance or ground floor and enjoy the canal view right there. The hotel's location is perfect for getting around Venice and seeing all the main sights. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Mattia, Giorgio, and Luca (along with the lovely breakfast team and cleaners) were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and they made our stay extra special. I would honestly come back to Venice just to stay at this hotel again. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I've just returned from a long weekend stay at the L'Orologio Venezia hotel. The hotel was really easy to find, and we found the Alilaguna Orange Line boat to be a great and cost affective way of getting to to the hotel from the Airport (it stops on the opposite side of the grand canal so you have to cross the Rialto bridge and lots of steps are involved, but it's literally a 10 minute walk). I could not fault the hotel in any way. It's location on the Grand Canal was perfect and you are a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge, a great choice of restaurants and there is a Spar Supermarket just around the corner. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and offered great advice on where to visit and how to get there. The breakfast choices were great with plenty of cakes, fruit, cereals and egg & bacon. Coffee is freshly made and bought to your table. The rooms were very spacious and clean with towels changed every day. The shower was really powerful and probably the best shower I have seen in a hotel. Overall I cannot think of anything that could have been improved and I found the hotel perfect in every way.

Great location and beautiful grand canal view! The hotel is just a 5 mins walk from one of the vaporetto stops, and only one small staired bridge on the way so if you have a large luggage you should be fine. The front desk was very kind to let us check in early around 11:40am so that we can have a little rest before heading out to the city. The hotel is beautiful and elegant with lots of “clock” themed decorations and artwork. Our room has the grand canal view with two large windows. Totally loved it! The shower room comes with a bathtub so we can unwind after a long day and a lot of walking. The breakfast was also great with plenty of selection. Overall a great staying experience.
