Deserves to be a Michelin 3 ⭐️ Superb! Everything about our experience was extraordinary. We are extremely foodies and don’t often leave reviews, but this restaurant deserves to be noticed. The dishes were incredibly flavorful and well balanced, beautifully plated, and innovative. The ambience was inviting, intimate, yet private, and every detail felt thoughtfully planned. The staff were wonderful and highly professional. We have traveled all over the globe to experience many different types of cuisine and star ratings of Michelin restaurants and this has become our new favorite! A special thank you to the chef, who graciously came out to greet us in person! We really had a fantastic and memorable night that we will cherish forever! Thank you!

What a lovely little restaurant tucked away in Venice. After finding our way through a maze of streets, we stumbled across what can only be described as an escape from normalcy in a gorgeous setting. We were promptly greeted by an amazing host who told us we can choose from two different menus or we could simply do whatever we wanted and select dishes from either or both. What fun! We decided to do à la carte and have a little fun. While I swear our 4 course meal turned into something more like 17, we never wanted or lacked for food. At this volume, a couple of bites here and there may have been hit or miss but the reality is overall it was such a strong showing. They also provided a fantastic wine pairing, asking what part(s) of the world you wanted to enjoy! Additionally, they created a non-alcoholic pairing as well. You can’t beat the pairing that came in the most amazing hand blown glass with a kissy fish face. Ultimately it left us with a sense of happiness, fulfillment, and a little bit of relaxation on our vacation to Venice. Highly recommend.

An outstanding two-Michelin-star experience and absolutely worth it. Having visited numerous restaurants at this level, Glam clearly stands out. The atmosphere is exceptional—intimate, refined, and perfectly suited for a special evening. It strikes a rare balance between elegance and comfort, making it ideal for both celebrations and quieter, more personal dinners. The cuisine impresses with a strong focus on local ingredients, executed with precision and creativity. Flavours are clean, well-structured, and memorable without being overcomplicated. Overall, a top-tier experience that delivers on every level. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an intimate fine dining experience in Venice.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary by dining at Glam in Venice, Italy. It was nothing short of extraordinary—a true Venetian masterpiece orchestrated by Chef Enrico Bartolini and his remarkable team. Our “Tasting” experience was inspired by “The Lagoon,” and every course reflected the delicate balance of flavors, textures, and artistry one would expect at the very highest levels of fine dining. From the very first bite, we were captivated. Each dish told a story of Venice, elegantly bridging tradition with innovation. The flavors were exceptional—refined yet soulful—and the presentation was a feast for the eyes as much as the palate. What elevated the evening even further were the thoughtful surprises the Chef and staff incorporated throughout the night, going well beyond our already high expectations given Glam’s prestigious reputation. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive—and the staff’s genuine warmth added to the overall sense of our celebration. The highlight of the evening was when Chef Bartolini himself came out to greet us personally, sharing his gratitude and passion. That moment transformed an exquisite dinner into a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. Glam is more than just a restaurant—it’s a destination, a memory, and a perfect expression of Venetian culinary artistry. If you have the opportunity to dine here, seize it. It will stay with you forever.

I think everything wonderful that can be said about Ristorante Glam has been said in the previous reviews, so I won't be repetitive and encourage anyone considering eating at Glam to read them. I'll go in the direction of "food as art" here, with the context being that it is art, for me, anyway, that replenishes and enriches our souls and spirit, and that endeavours to reach us at a deeply emotional level. My experience at Glam was that of experiencing an exquisitely curated exhibition of fine contemporary art, with the individual pieces solidly based in classicism. I realize I am probably coming off as pretentious - I don't mean to be - but my takeaway from lunching at Glam was that of having been to a fine museum or exhibition of artwork that blew my mind and moved me at an emotional level. It was that good. Something else that Glam gets perfectly is the presentation of the work(s). The best possible meal can be ruined by poor service; by that I mean service that is cold, or pretentious, aloof, or arrogant. Service is such an integral part of the dining experience, much like curation is integral to a successful showing of art. The service at Glam was professional, knowledgable, precise, elegant and, most importantly, warm and friendly. No pretence, no arrogance, no making you feel as though they're doing you a favour by serving you: I think it was the best service I have ever encountered in a restaurant, and I've eaten at hundreds if not thousands of great restaurants all around the world. So Glam gets a 10 out of 10 from me. I'm sure to return again (I'm lucky in that I live close by, in Florence), next time my soul is craving culinary replenishment and enrichment.
