I can’t say enough positive about this place! Reasonable price, incredible location within walking distance to so many spots in Venice! The ladies who run the hotel are absolutely amazing, the service was 10 stars! Super clean, great air conditioning and the breakfast was delicious! You won’t be disappointed!
We stayed in DD694, the annex of DD724; and it was GREAT! The hotel staff were so welcoming, nice, and accommodating. Location is secluded in a great neighborhood. Breakfast included each morning with your stay was such a nice touch. We will return to Venice and stay here every time! Love this place.
Everything was absolutely perfect about this boutique hotel. The location is absolutely amazing. Super central without being in the busiest place. There’s this corner bar there as well which adds to the artsy lifestyle. The rooms were super clean and the people were super hospitable. I think my favorite thing of all was the concierge service who advised us where to go and even made reservations for us be it restaurants or taxis. I really highly recommend booking this hotel I wouldn’t think twice.
We only did 1 night at Charming House DD724, but we wish see had done more. The hotel had a old world exterior charm to include entering down a small ally with a metal gate, yet the inside was very modern and had a sofisticated, fun appearance. The bed were comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The best part was the service. We interacted with 4 different ladies and all four made us feel special, import, and appreciated. They helped us secure water taxis, took care of our bags, cooled breakfast, let us borrow a stapler, and more. If you want amazing service at a nice price, in a beautiful building, this is it! Thank you Charming House DD724 employees for taking such great care of my group of 8 people in 4 rooms.
The Best hotel in Venecie, very Good personal attention and service, included breakfast and so good. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been.
