We had an amazing experience at the Wedgewood hotel & spa. We booked the wedgewood suite. There was a bit of an issue with our jetted tub but the hotel staff got it fixed for us right away and left us a little surprise for our troubles when we got back. The spa was also amazing. We still feel relaxed from our massage. Lastly the Bacchus restaurant was also amazing and the food beyond delicious. All in all it was an amazing experience with the most helpful and wonderful staff. Would 100% stay there again! Thank you again for everything.

The Wedgewood is everything a great hotel should be and almost nothing you can find anywhere else. It’s a true gem! Our deluxe suite had a balcony that looked over the beautiful Robson Square. The suite was spacious, thoughtfully appointed, beautifully decorated with engravings and an oil painting with hunting theme and felt like a private estate home rather than a hotel room. Bacchus is extraordinary. Breakfast there every morning was a genuine pleasure — unhurried and delicious. The vibe was so inviting, uplifting and relaxing. But the heart of the Wedgewood experience is its people. Melvin Ky, Chef Concierge, is simply exceptional. He sent us to a Kipling-inspired speakeasy with a passphrase, arranged a surprise that made my dearest friend feel genuinely celebrated, and responded to every request with warmth, taste, and quiet brilliance. The front desk team matched him at every turn — gracious, attentive, and genuinely present. This hotel has soul. I cannot wait to return to it!

Suite 1402 is an exceptional room in an exceptional hotel. The Wedgewood is a beautiful hotel that exudes class and sophistication. It definitely personifies the five C's of the Relais & Châteaux organization, courtesy, charm, character, calm, and cuisine. We stayed in suite 1402, one of the top floor terrace suites with amazing views of the city of Vancouver. It is a beautiful two room suite with a gas fireplace and a delightful, huge soaking tub. The whole staff was amazing but Melvin Ky and his concierge team were truly exceptional and handled dining recommendations, reservations, transportation and every request with grace and style. This is a world class hotel in every way. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Vancouver.

Stayed at the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa during a trip to Vancouver for the Rugby Sevens event and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a charming boutique feel and the service throughout the stay was exceptional. The concierge team was very helpful before arrival arranging flowers for my room and recommending a great oyster lunch nearby. My junior suite had a balcony overlooking Burrard Street and was spacious and comfortable, though the bathroom feels a bit dated compared to newer properties. Bacchus Lounge was a highlight, especially the piano happy hour with great cocktails and a lively atmosphere. The spa was also serene and the massage therapist was excellent. The location is perfect for walking around downtown Vancouver and it was an easy 15-minute walk to BC Place. Would absolutely stay again.

I had a relaxing and thorough facial from Asuncion today. She expertly customized my facial to meet my skins needs at the time.No generic script. My skin feels so clean and soft! She performed extractions gently without causing damage or scarring. The products she used felt amazing and Asuncion has many many years of professional expertise. I am grateful I found her and she is my person for my Facials now. Highly recommend.
