We had a great stay at the Burrard. The room was well appointed and comfortable. It was great to have complementary bottled water and Nespresso coffee daily. The nightly complementary crisps and non-alcoholic cocktails were a nice touch. The inner courtyard garden was lovely. The major plus was the completely bike hire - the hotel has a decent amount of good quality bikes which could be used for as long as we wanted; we used them to cycle to and around Stanley Park. The location of the hotel was also great, with public transport nearby and much of the city within walking distance. We'd definitely recommend for a stay in Vancouver.
A wondeful Hotel with an old world charm , right in the heart of Downtown Vancouver . There is Adequate Paid and Secure Parking available within the Hotel Premises. Notwithstanding the old world charm the place boasts of all essential Modern Amenities. The icing on the Cake is ofcourse the Courtyard with fireplace which is a wonderful place for an impromptu Get-Together or to work in solitude. The Hotel also has a tie up with a Fitness Studio where the Hotel Guests can go and workout. The Hotel has a lovely and Lively Coffee Shop in the premises. There is an abundant choice of Restaurants to please every Palate within 5 to 10 mts of walk. Its on Burrard Street and within walking distance of two Transit Skytrain stations. Last but not the least, the Staff at FrontDesk and the Housekeeping embodies what Hospitality with a Smile and Warmth Means. I will love to Stay here again
Small well appointed rooms. Clean and comfortable decor. What stood out for us was the outstanding service from both the front of house and the awesome maintenance team. We borrowed the hotel bikes and had a blast round Stanley Park and then back via Granville Island Markets. Can't thank these guys enough for making our stay so memorable. Cafe at the hotel does the best coffee and has a great range of delicious food.
Very welcoming staff. James was there and he made our check in very quick and gave some snacks and coloring kit for my kids. Morning staff Nidhi gave me a EV charging spot for my car again showing great hospitality. Its an old build hotel i believe but decently maintained at a great location. They provide excellent service even though the rooms are small. Great bike service and open lounge. Everything is walkable distance. Rooms are clean, cozy with air conditioner. Overall it was a great experience for my family especially if u are planning to roam around Vancouver downtown.
I don't regularly stay at 3-star rated hotels and my friend and I loved it here. We got the top floor with 2 double beds. Rooms were very clean. Love the midcentury modern vibe. If you're not used to city noises and thin walls, bring ear plugs to sleep with. The Nespresso machine was a very nice touch. Steps from tons of cafes and close amenities. Free bikes (no ebikes however) and parking was a huge plus. Beautiful courtyard and garden with a seating area (didn't have time to enjoy but had a firepit). Staff let us store our luggage ahead of check-in. Appreciate the noon checkout as most places are 10 or 11am. Friend and I found the beds and sheets very comfortable. Great value for what we got! Would stay here again. The only downsides for me were: - Water pressure in the shower and inconsistent water temperature - Warm rooms; wouldn't stay here during the summer as the portable A/C units can be loud.
