Had a wonderful stay at Rosewood Hotel Georgia. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Everything was clean, elegant, and well organized. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious yet relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience! 😊🏨✨
The hotel certainly lived up to expectations. The service at front desk is top notch. Even just the special touches by room attendants really set the bar high. Much higher than other hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean stylish and comfortable. Showers are perfect with rain water option too. Gym and pool are very well equipped. We got upgraded for our honeymoon but I’m sure any room would be great. Service at the lobby bar was excellent and the drinks were very high quality. Honestly probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at overall. Believe the hype.
My stay at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, elegant, refined, and flawlessly maintained but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the consistently outstanding service across every part of the hotel. From the front desk team to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A big shout out to Vanessa from Reflection, the level of hospitality was top-class and made the entire stay feel effortless and special. A very special thank you to Kathy from housekeeping, who was truly fantastic. Her attention to detail was incredible. Towels were changed daily and sometimes even twice daily. My phone charging cables were neatly organised with cable ties, which was such a thoughtful touch, and I was even left a cleaning cloth for my spectacles. Biscuits were left daily in our room and slippers were placed near the bed every night. On returning to our room, it was immaculate and beautifully arranged with obvious care and pride in her work. Luxury hotels are defined by the small details, and Rosewood Hotel Georgia delivers them perfectly. Exceptional service, beautiful rooms, outstanding dining, and a team that clearly cares deeply about the guest experience. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear all of your (drunk) neighbors conversations and it feels like they are in the room with you. Not luxury. I just want peace and quiet. The lobby is beautiful, gym is will equipped with technogym. However, elsewhere the quality doesn’t feel quite up to Rosewood standards. It seems like they had a lower budget or something (besides the lobby which is beautiful). Check-in is four star at best.
On our way back from our Asia trip, we decided to stay in BC for the weekend after a long haul flight (before heading back to the US), and decided to book Rosewood Georgia...the hotel did not disappoint! Impeccable service and attention to detail. We arrived at 6am (which I mentioned prior to arrival) and they were able to let us check-in and give us our room. This allowed our two young kids to sleep and get their rest. Room and amenities were top notch. Whatever you can think of that you need was provided. They thought about everything that a traveller would need as if they are staying in their own home. Staff was excellent and always looking out for your needs. Clean room, clean bathroom, great taste in decor. Indoor salt water pool was warm with great amenities. Gym was fully equipped for a great workout and the spa services was good. The hotel gets busy during happy hour (as it should) and it has a nice vibe to it. We only got in-room dining and it was good. If I were you, I would not hesitate to book at this place. I've been to other five-star hotels and in my opinion, this is more than a five-star hotel. I can't wait to see and experience the other hotels in their portfolio.
