Wow, what a great hotel. Literally across the road from the SkyTrain station so fantastic to get to and from the airport, plus the bus stops in the streets around make getting around town so easy (especially if using the CityMapper app). We stayed at the start and end of our trip around Canada so had two different rooms but the same brilliant service especially Austin on reception who went above and beyond (give him a pay rise!). If/When we come back to Canada we will sty here. Highly recommend - you won't be disappointing.
Marvelous! Excellent! Exceptional! Our first stay at Opus Vancouver, definitely worth the trip and looking forward to our next visit. The location is a perfect “hub” for our activities with extended family in the area and they all LOVE Yaletown!! Wonderfully engaging staff; shout out to Vallen who was very gracious & helpful as she made adjustments to our booking🙏🏽 Stephanie welcomed us at curbside with a warm and happy greeting, Patricia held the doors open and quickly stepped behind the desk in a friendly and cheerful manner, efficiently checking us in and graciously providing a delightfully refreshing beverage during our time at the front desk. Later when we needed to retrieve some items from the car, Joshua and Vincent were super helpful listening to our dilemma, Vincent graciously escorted me to our vehicle. Much later in the evening, a similar dilemma with more items in the car, it was the night manager from Bellingham (Jalen?) who personally assisted my venture to the car. The next morning was an early excursion, super efficient tall young man, Justin(?) brought the car around and parked, then re-parked out of concern we might get a parking ticket. Fantastic customer service throughout, Scott Caporale really has the Opus hospitality experience dialed in! ThankYOU for a relaxing and memorable experience. We look forward to our next elevated stay and will be returning soon.
Sorry for the delayed review. I stayed at this hotel around christmas (2025). IT WAS AMAZING! I had one of the coolest rooms, so I might be positively biased but still! But more importantly.. the staff!!! They have THE best people ever! They make you feel so good that even if the hotel was not so good (but it was), they would make it feel like you were royals and staying in a palace! I don’t know whether they still work there but Scott Caporale.. he is incredible! Kind, professional, always reacheable, always ready to go the extra mile for you. And Patrizia at the front desk.. she has the most positive vibes and approach. I stayed in a LOT of hotels in Vancouver since I moved to BC, I am trying a new one each time. After my Opus stay.. I decided I I’ll stick with this one (as long as Scott is there probably:) Thank you 🙏.
Had an amazing stay at OPUS Vancouver! Huge shoutout to Scott—the vibe you’ve created here really stands out. The team was super friendly and everything just felt easy and welcoming from start to finish. Loved the energy of the place—it feels fun but still relaxed. Using the hotel e-bikes to explore the seawall was a true highlight! Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Can’t wait to come back!
What great service. The team doesn’t just do their job; they go the extra mile. Multiple reviews consistently highlight how attentive and accommodating the staff are, with guests feeling welcomed immediately and supported throughout their stay, I can now understand why. Natasha and Scott, in particular, stand out. Such a personable team, really able to turn what could have been a standard interaction into something memorable. The food was fantastic! I will definitely be returning, it was fantastic!
