Intimate eatery serving ramen noodle soups with add-ins like braised pork belly & soft-boiled eggs.via Google

Famous for its rich, creamy chicken-based paitan broth, a delicious alternative to the more common pork tonkotsu.

Signature
Tamago Ramen, topped with a perfectly soft-boiled, marinated egg.

Stopped by on a rainy day to warm up with some ramen for lunch. It was still early so many open seats and decided to sit by the window. The service was prompt and friendly, adding to the experience. The ramen broth was rich and the noodles were a good firmness, they also had sauces on the side so that you could customize your bowl. Overall it was a nice experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a ramen spot to stop by. If going during peak times I would recommend joining the waitlist or making a reservation.

The service was wonderful but the ramen was just bad. We had the miso ramen which lacked flavour and the vegetarian ramen had very little in terms of tofu/vegetables and was underwhelming. Only one vegetarian ramen option on menu and it’s curry flavoured. The portions are large. Most of the tables are just stools so it’s more set up for a quick meal spot. Location is central right off Robson.

Hands down the BEST ramen I've ever had. This restaurant is a must visit when in Vancouver. My friend had the Tamago ramen bowl and I had the Tan Men ramen. I loved it.

Authentic Japanese ramen store. Delicious ramen. We visited this ramen store in the late afternoon while there were less crowd. The store is not big but well designed so it feels spacious. The staff offered us baskets to put our bags and coats in. That's very convenient. The ramen was delicious. The broth was thick, well flavored and not too salty. The noodle's texture was great not soggy. The pork was tender and juicy. This is the right kind of hot comfort food you want to order at a chilly winter afternoon. By the time we left, the place began to get populated. When we passed the store the next day during lunch hour, there was a line waiting outside the door. We were luck to get in without waiting. This store will be in our pocket list for sure.

Great ramen at very reasonable prices. The basic ramen comes in a satisfying portion size and is perfect if you’re looking for something simple but comforting. The broth is good, and the noodles have a nice texture. I’d also highly recommend trying the aka ramen, it has a deeper, richer taste and feels especially hearty. Overall, a solid spot for a delicious, affordable meal that doesn’t disappoint
