If you are looking for an exceptional experience stop here. Even before arriving I contacted the concierge to ask about dining reservations. They were very helpful and sent a list of restaurant recommendations nearby. When we arrived there was someone directly to assist with getting bags to the room. A map and lists of food, shopping and attractions were available. Once in the room everything was well laid out. There were ample hangers and drawer space. The bathroom was well appointed — even had a fan in the water closet! And the bathroom floors were HEATED! Lovely! We wanted to catch up on a YouTube series, but the television didn’t have a way to do that. Someone came from the front desk and hooked up a Roku to make that happen. Even little things like — when going to the elevators on the first floor there was always one waiting. This is service and attention to detail. There was very little lacking and if you mentioned it they were all about a solution. Look forward to another trip to Vancouver and another stay there!
Truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that this isn’t just another hotel, it’s an experience. The service is genuinely outstanding. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, remembered, and taken care of. It’s that rare kind of hospitality where the staff feel both professional and personal. The rooms are just as impressive. Beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and filled with thoughtful details, they strike the perfect balance between modern luxury and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. combines a boutique, intimate feel with top-tier amenities and attention to detail. High consideration for anyone visiting Vancouver.
Had an exceptional stay here. The staff are so kind and helpful, and really go out of their way to make sure you're having a good stay. The design is really nice- both in the common areas and the room design itself. There were so many nice details- from having fresh lemon water with ice waiting for me in my room, to the chocolates/cookies and note, and also snacks in the lobby. The wifi was good and the gym is 24/7. The water pressure in the shower was great and the room was super quiet. This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver!
We stayed for one night at the end of December. I really liked the staff. Amazing managers, reception staff, valet parking attendants, cleaners, and everyone we met there. Friendly, very attentive, they immediately understood our needs and did everything to ensure we had a wonderful time. They even provided little treats, understanding that we had a child with us. The rooms are clean, tidy, and quiet. The mattresses are a little too soft for me, but I understand that not everyone likes very firm mattresses, so I'm not even taking that into account in my hotel rating. I've stayed in several 4 and 5 star hotels in Vancouver. And now, the next time I come to Vancouver, I know where I'll be staying! 100% here!
the loden our favorite hotel in vancouver, we’ve been coming for over 5 years. the biggest thing that stands out to me is the service- they remember us year after year and are so kind and accommodating with our pup, and they always remember his name and leave doggie bowls etc out for him before our arrival! the hotel itself is well decorated and maintained, the rooms are spacious and have great natural light. great amenities like dyson hair dryers and nice toiletries. the location is also wonderful, just a quick walk to the waterfront and to all the shops on robson. we book through our amex fine hotel and resorts benefits which includes $80 breakfast (more than in enough to order a big meal!) and $120 in room credit which you can use at the tableau restaurant and bar downstairs. it’s an excellent restaurant, i highly recommend the happy hour there! overall i can’t recommend the loden enough and look forward to our annual visits to vancouver thanks to their hospitality!
