We liked it here before, so came back- this time with our 6 year old - worked well for us. Beds (bunk style) were really comfy - each had a light and charger usb/plugs. Warm building in the frigid month of Feb. Fan in room, towels provided at check in. Large bathrooms are clean, it's clean generally. Secured car park was really pricey (60ish for 2 nights). Note- the staff have to open up the gated car park every time you come and go - I dont think they (staff) love this as it can be busy. We will definitely be back again.
Great location right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The building is slightly old, but the rooms and areas were all very clean. Your bed frame comes with a lamp and 2 outlets. You also get free breakfast with all the essentials (eggs, toast, yogurt, fruits, juice). I enjoyed the group activities. It was a great way to meet people and the guides were very knowledgeable. Shout out to Erich, Davie, Kelvin, and Faizl. I did the Lynn Canyon tour (bring swim clothes), Kayak Event, and Bar Crawl.
I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were so friendly und helpful, the location is great and the room and washroom were good. I really liked that man and woman washrooms were separate and that we could borrow a towel. I would definitely stay at this hostel again. :)
I stayed for two nights. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. The area is quiet and safe. I didn’t participate in any of the outings since I was there for work but the group WhatsApp did a great job of keeping me up to date on outings and gathering times. The photos made the outings look fun. Nice locket under the bed for valuables that is quite large. You need to bring your own lock. I stayed in a four person bunk
very clean!!! all the staff are super helpful, the rooms are nice and each bunk includes plug ins, bathrooms are clean, lots of events happening everyday (including city tours, etc during the day and an on-site event in the evenings). breakfast is good, but very very basic. on site parking options are available at an extra cost. location is fantastic, there’s many bars/restaurants in the area as well as a grocery store & a beach within walking distance. i’ve stayed here 2 times now and will absolutely be back the next time im in the city!
