Beautiful, modern hotel with exceptional service. Might be one of my favorite Fairmont locations. Rooms were exceptionally clean with high-end (Le Labo) toiletries, superb city/pier views, and modern interiors (lighting, blinds, TV, speaker in the bathroom). We went right before the FIFA World Cup and were met with extravagant soccer-themed decor. Live music every night in the lobby really elevated the experience as well. Room service was also top notch. We ordered a few late night drinks and snacks. Staff promptly brought in an entire table with additional glasses of water + silverware and set it up in our room. Also want to shout out the staff for accommodating our request for an additional hour for check out—it really helped our timeline for the rest of the day. Thank you all for such a pleasant stay! Will definitely be returning if we ever find ourselves back in Vancouver.

Stayed here recently and honestly had such a great experience. The whole place felt luxurious but still very welcoming and comfortable. Staff were kind, attentive, and shoutout to the bellman.. he was genuinely welcoming, helpful with my bags and set the tone for the whole stay right away. The room was beautiful, clean and super relaxing.. definitely a stay I enjoyed and would come back to. Only thing I’d suggest is upgrading the hair dryer to something better, maybe a Dyson, to match the overall luxury experience

We eagerly returned to the Pacific Rim for a much anticipated & needed long Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. We have stayed here before & loved the room, location, service & attention to detail. We were particularly excited to return to the Spa as we agreed it was a highlight of our prior trips. However, this stay fell a bit short due to the Spa being under construction. This was not communicated to me at the time our services were booked, nor in the confirmation emails for our treatments. Additionally, the staff called to offer us a couples treatment room which we accepted & still they neglected to mention that the Spa facilities were closed. They converted the 6th floor & with the Family oriented hotel Pool & Hot Tub to serve double duty for spa guests. The changing rooms were very small…crowded by attendants & spa guests. Additionally, there were no preferred hours for Spa guests so the Hot Tub was filled with other guests including a large number of small children. This was not relaxing or romantic. We did truly enjoy or massages & the therapists were excellent. However, it is hard to justify the cost without the normal spa amenities which would have allowed us to have the spa day we had hoped for. I am hopeful that the Fairmont will do better in future with proactive communication as setting expectations would have gone a long way. We still loved our stay overall & are hopeful to see the service standards improve for future visits.

The Fairmont Pacific Rim was truly a fantastic and luxurious experience during my first visit to Vancouver. Location: Absolutely wonderful. A short walk away from the water and a 30 minute drive from the airport, it is situated perfectly near the cruise terminals and Vancouver bay. I loved being able to wake up and watch the seaplanes take off and land and then take a walk along the water and decompress from city life. Rooms: I would say the bed I slept in is in the top 5 of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel. Out of hundreds of hotels around the globe, I never struggled to to sleep or stay asleep. The bathroom was immaculately clean and the tub was a nice addition for relaxation. Service: The people were nice and friendly always with a smile. We were treated with respect and hospitality that rival the 4 seasons and Ritz. Shout out to the cleaning staff who neatly folded my laundry and did a fantastic work on dry cleaning. Overall a truly wonderful experience and I would love to stay again here if I come back to Vancouver.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Naval from the Fairmont Gold Team for delivering exceptional hospitality during our recent Family Day staycation. Naval truly embodies the definition of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. Although our room was not ready at check-in, he promptly informed us of the delay and immediately took thoughtful action to ensure our comfort. He expedited bathrobes for each member of my family so we could enjoy time at the pool without being cold, which we greatly appreciated. He also secured reservations at the Lobby Lounge at our preferred time, and when our room was ready, we were delighted to find chocolate treats waiting for us. It is these small, thoughtful touches that make every Fairmont stay so memorable. The food in the Gold Lounge is always a highlight of our visits. Having experienced many Fairmont Gold lounges across North America, the Fairmont Pacific Rim remains our all-time favourite. Naval and the entire Gold Team were consistently attentive and genuinely caring toward every guest. It was clear they take pride in delivering an exceptional experience. This level of service is exactly why we continue to choose Fairmont for our stays. Thank you again to Naval and the entire Gold Team for making our Family Day celebration so special. Warm regards, Michelle Basra & Family.
