Stay at Iniala Harbour house end of November/beginning of December. It is the perfect location for everything !!!! Not only are the rooms beautiful but you’re steps away from everything in Valleta but have the luxury of a peaceful retreat from the bustle. The views from our room and breakfast every morning of the harbour are amazing. The staff are also amazing. Rakki our butler went above and beyond! Would absolutely stay here again.
My husband and I spent a night at the Iniala and it was absolutely stunning. The whole experience was incredible, I've never met a team of hotel staff who go out of their way to make you feel pampered. Their professionalism and eye for detail just makes you feel like royalty from the minute you step into the hotel. The most luxurious and welcoming hotel experiences we've ever had.
**NOTHING TO DO WITH HOTEL STAY** Essensi Spa is nothing but a worthless scam that... Took our money(170€ for couples magical journey) Ruined our reservation(with only 48 hours notice after being booked for almost 3 weeks) Were insanely rude over the phone(yelling and saying that they had told us it would only be 55min even though I paid for 80min, which they did not tell us, only that they cannot do 10am anymore and we must come at 9am) Lied to us(said we must come early for maintenance, but we saw another couple getting ready at our originally scheduled time, as well as saying if we came at 830 we could get the full 80min, but they didn't even do the 55min) Left one of us with bruises(upper left arm) Didn't listen to what we wanted(completely missed my wife's shoulder that she explicitly asked for attention to, and caused damage to my leg where I explicitly said and showed DO NOT TOUCH because of an injury with nerve damage, and scoffed when I winced and took my leg away in pain) Again, barely gave a 50min massage when I had paid for an 80min massage(55min plus an extra 25min) Rushed us out of the spa facilities for the next couple(never in my life have I seen a spa with only a place for 2 people to sit and enjoy while the previous people are rushed out with less than an hour of facility enjoyment) Overall, this was the worst massage experience I've ever had. This is the first time in a long while my wife and I were really able to splurge on ourselves, and it was completely ruined. Again, we never actually stayed at the hotel and the workers there were quite helpful in regards to finding where we were going. It's the spa being run from the basement, Essensi, that this review is about. So unprofessional.
A fabulous boutique hotel with the best position in Valletta overlooking the Grand Harbour with all Valletta sights easily accessible, while being away from the noise and bustle of the main streets. Tasty breakfast well served and with wonderful views to kick start the day. One of the best gyms we have seen at hotel. Sadly only missing a bar but otherwise just right.
From the moment we arrived, Iniala Malta exceeded every expectation. The room was beautifully appointed with every detail in mind. But what truly set this experience apart was the impeccable, personalized service. The staff didn’t just meet our needs, they anticipated them and making us feel genuinely welcome and completely at home. Special thanks to Roberto, Jeff, Joanne, and Martina, whose warmth and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality was the soul of the hotel, and we’re so grateful for the care they showed us. Malta itself is stunning, but staying at Iniala was the highlight of our trip. Our subsequent experience of other hotels paled in comparison. Highly recommend this.
