We enjoyed a great meal at Pelayo Gastro Trinquet. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with a local feel that made it stand out from many other restaurants we visited in Valencia. Our server Enrique is very friendly and attentive. We ordered the patatas bravas, anchovies on bread, croquettes, and steamed mussels. Every dish was well prepared and full of flavor. The bravas were crispy and satisfying, the anchovies on bread were simple but delicious, and the croquettes had a wonderful creamy texture. The steamed mussels were fresh, tender, and perfectly cooked.

Super great food! Amazing desserts! First class wine! I recommend to try the Fallas menu, where you can try 5 amazing starters! Desserts are mind blowing! Flam and cheesecake, are melting on the tongue! Great and pleasant design of the restaurant! Simpatic service! The only „thing” was a bit sad that when you are going/travelling solo, they are putting you to the corner of the room, even when all tables are free… but it’s happening in other places too. It was a bit inconvenient but food and service were first class!

Even though we arrived without a reservation during lunchtime, Emanuel, who I believe is the manager, kindly accommodated us and found us a table for two. We truly appreciated his effort and hospitality. Following his recommendation, we ordered the Paella Valenciana and a local wine - both were excellent choices. The food was absolutely delicious, and the wine was of great quality. We would also like to especially thank Dylan at the bar. He speaks excellent English and is extremely kind, friendly, and professional. We waited around 20 minutes for our food, but considering how busy the restaurant was, the service was impressively fast. Highly recommended – we’re looking forward to coming back soon!

Loved this place. The steak tartare was delicious — super fresh and perfectly seasoned. Les Bravas del Trinquet totally lived up to the hype. Not your usual bravas at all, just a really clever, delicious twist. The chocolate and baileys cake was a slice of heaven. Mayte was a delight. Very pleasant and welcoming. Great vibe, friendly service, and proper quality food. Would 100% come back.

A fabulous and delicious experience. Cristina was the absolute best server we’ve had on our trip! Best patatas bravas we’ve had in Spain. Incredible paella. Make sure to try one in a “creamy” style.
