If you are looking for an unparalleled culinary experience in Toronto, this is the destination. It is rare to find a venue that doesn't just meet expectations but completely redefines them, earning a "6th star" for going above and beyond the standard luxury dining experience. The Food The menu is a brilliant display of technique and soul. Every dish feels like a signature piece, balancing bold, innovative flavors with a deep respect for high-quality ingredients. Whether you are diving into their seasonal tasting menu or selecting individual plates, the precision in plating and the complexity of the flavor profiles are world-class. It is easily some of the best food currently being served in the city. The Service The service here is choreographed perfection without feeling stiff. The staff possesses an intuitive sense of "omnipresent yet invisible" hospitality—your glass is never empty, and your needs are anticipated before you even realize them. They treat every guest with a level of genuine warmth and professionalism that makes the evening feel like a significant event, regardless of the occasion.
Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere and amazing staff. The service is truly top-notch: the menu is explained very well, plates are cleared quickly, and the team is attentive without being intrusive. The cocktails were excellent and very well balanced, and our table location was perfect. The menu is small, but every dish feels carefully crafted and executed with precision. Portions were actually quite generous, which is not always the case at restaurants in this price range. The 12 oz prime rib came as two thick slices served with bordelaise sauce. The sauce was good, though maybe not the absolute best pairing for the meat. The lobster spaghetti was very good as well, but perhaps missing a little extra je ne sais quoi to make it truly memorable. The Hokkaido scallops were outstanding — perfectly cooked and literally melting in the mouth. The only downside was that the food took a little while to arrive, and the prices are definitely on the very high side. Is it worth it? I’m not completely sure. Overall though, it was a great experience and a very enjoyable evening.
Came here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We were seated exactly as requested when booking, which was a great start. The service was phenomenal, thoughtful, seamless, and incredibly professional. We were welcomed by the host, server, sommelier, and even the staff presenting the steak cuts. It genuinely felt like everyone took part in making the night special, each with deep knowledge of their role. We were recommended a beautiful bottle of red wine, and the Australian Wagyu (the evening’s special cut) was incredible. At one point, they presented a 60oz steak—which was way too ambitious for the two of us (for now 😅), but definitely something we’d come back for. Every dish felt like its own moment, even the sides. New plates were refreshed with each course, and our wine glasses were never left empty. Truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, left full, happy, and already thinking about coming back.
We recently celebrated an engagement here and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely exceptional — truly the best I have ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect and that our celebration felt so special. The food was equally incredible. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with so much care and attention. The entire evening exceeded our expectations and created such a memorable experience for everyone involved. Highly recommend for any special occasion — we will definitely be back!
I honestly haven’t had such a flawless dinner experience in a long time. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the dishes were exceptional both in taste and presentation. The service team was incredibly professional whenever you needed something, they were right there. The atmosphere of the place is very elegant, yet it also feels comfortable. The prices are high, but they’re absolutely worth it. It’s a perfect choice for special occasions. It has become one of my favourite restaurants in Toronto.
