The Park Hyatt Toronto delivers on every front — the service is impeccable and the staff thinks of every little detail, making you feel truly taken care of from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect: well-situated in Toronto, and honestly a better choice than being right in the downtown core. The rooms are spotless, and I particularly loved the scent — that clean, luxurious smell that instantly makes you feel at home. Having stayed at other top properties, I can confidently say the Park Hyatt surpasses even the Four Seasons. If you’re looking for the best hotel experience in Toronto, look no further.
My daughter and I recently stayed in a standard two-queen room at the Park Hyatt Toronto while visiting the University of Toronto. The location was absolutely fantastic, with the campus just a short walk away — extremely convenient for families visiting students. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We especially loved breakfast at Joni, which was phenomenal — both the food and the service were outstanding. Overall, the combination of prime location, attentive staff, and excellent dining made our stay very memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.
I had an amazing stay at Park Hyatt Toronto. The hotel is right in the heart of Yorkville, with the best shopping, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. My suite was perfect! I loved the layout and the understated, residential feel. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. I stayed for a full week, and every single staff member I met was warm, genuine, and on point with service. They really made the experience feel special. A big THANK YOU to Park Hyatt Toronto for a fantastic stay. I can't wait to come back!
We enjoyed everything about this property. To put it simply, the room pleasant with a modern touch, we enjoyed our visits and meals at Joni, and the proximity to Yorkville was great. With that said, the most pleasant and important experience was with the staff! Every member from every department we came in contact with was friendly, polite and welcoming and helpful to the enth degree! It was a wonderful stay!
I was most impressed with the staff, especially the front desk. Chris checked us in, and I saw her many times throughout my 4 day stay. She was the ultimate professional with warmth and kindness above and beyond. All were kind to children too! I was also very impressed when upon running by the desk to my airport uber (who was angry with my delay needing to run back into hotel) I asked about another candle name to buy later on line (I had already bought another there) he grabbed one and gave it to me. I was shocked by that! Food was amazing, turn down service, scents everywhere, lovely tub and quietness of the room. I will be back!!
