Listened to Van Halen at Massey Hall. The sound quality was great even from Section 310. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. One staff member brought my friend a new pair of foam ear plugs without being asked because he thought she seemed uncomfortable. Great service, great venue, great concert experience!

It is always such a treat to attend anything at this beautiful venue. The renovations are stunning and I feel like every seat is a wonderful view. The seats are comfortable and not narrow like some venues. You are able to stand at your seat to allow others to enter the row without all having to file out to give them room. Always feels less chaotic going in Massey for an event vs. Other music venues. Security is thorough and quick. Ushers are friendly and attentive. I have to say one of my favourite Toronto venues.

Massey Hall is a stunning performing arts auditorium opened in 1894, it is known for its outstanding acoustics and will leave a lasting impression. I have visited Massey Hall on several occasions attending concerts and the sound in there was always unbelievably flawless. Massey Hall is accessible it features wheelchair-accessible entrances, elevators to all levels (via 178 Victoria St), and accessible washrooms. Accessible seating is available across all levels. Staff members are eager to help, professional and polite. You must experience Massey Hall it will not disappoint! 🎶🎵

Great venue! Went to Massey Hall for a concert and had an amazing experience. The acoustics are fantastic, the staff were friendly and well-organized, and the atmosphere felt both historic and intimate. Seats were comfortable and the sound quality was top-notch. Would definitely come back for another show!

Massey Hall is a gorgeous historic building, very intimate, but I wish they would work on their seating, the seats are way way too close, I was on the balcony level and my knees were literally on the woman that was sitting in front of me' back and shoulders, I practically had to sit with my legs spread open LoL so not to bother the lady. The sound or shall I say the lack of acoustics was mediocre I was hoping for better sound. But I've always loved Massey Hall for the historic value just a gorgeous building , this is great if you want to see bands with smaller venues, Roy Thomson Hall just up the street has phenomenal acoustics I saw Yo-Yo ma and was completely blown away. But many years ago I saw Peaches performing in Massey Hall and the setting was appropriate because she literally climbed up to the balcony, the acoustics or sound didn't really deter the audience because it was more performance. My son and myself just recently went to Massey Hall to see the Ukrainian band called Dakkabraka. Their style of music definitely could have used better sound, it was mid-level I wish it was louder.
