Probably my favorite hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are very friendly, and I really appreciated the full tour of the building when checking in. The free breakfast every morning was greatly appreciated, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The washers and dryers were easy to use. Shadow, the dog that is sometimes there, is very cute. The location is excellent right beside a streetcar stop and only about a two minute walk from Kensington Market. One small downside is that there’s a homeless shelter nearby, so that street can sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable to walk through, but that’s obviously not the hostel’s fault.
I absolutely loved staying at this hostel! It was my first time in Toronto, and I stayed for three nights in one of the pods. I had such a great experience from start to finish. Natasha and Fernanda were amazing — they helped me so much during my stay and were always kind, welcoming, and professional. Their service really made a difference and made me feel at home. I was a bit unsure about staying in a pod at first, but it turned out to be perfect. I felt very comfortable, safe, and not cramped at all. I actually slept really well every night, which surprised me in the best way. Everything was great — the breakfast, the location, the cleanliness, and even the noise level. Everything felt very well organized and peaceful. I truly recommend this place, especially if it's your first time in Toronto. I had a perfect stay and would definitely come back! ⭐️
Hostel itself is super nice. Great location next to the 506 and 510 streetcars. Staff gave us a tour when we arrived and they have nightly activities they run. The room was small but very clean. Our roommates could’ve been better but that’s not the Hostel’s fault. Breakfast was cereal, bagels, and coffee. I’d consider a private room if it’s your first time or if you’re a super light sleeper.
Incredible location in Kensington Market/Chinatown area, super friendly and helpful staff, and very clean rooms! The rooftop patio and indoor area is amazing to have access to for remote working/reading/journaling/whatever! Also $15 a day for a parking spot was amazing deal for parking in the city. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Toronto :)
Super great staff here! Bright and helpful. Each area gets thoroughly cleaned every single day so never feels gross or yucky. Strict on no shoes in the common areas, which I really appreciate as there are those who think common courtesy shouldn’t apply to them. 10/10 would definitely visit again.
