We had a memorable meal in such a cosy environment. Could not believe how quickly four hours melted away when enjoying this amazing meal. Had a chance to meet the talented chef and the staff were very personable. The seafood and desserts were absolute highlights.

We went with my spouse for a special occasion, and it truly turned out to be the right choice. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed very warmly. Each dish offers a different combination of flavours, and all of them are very well balanced. The plates were excellent. Overall, it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The fact that the place is small also creates a more intimate atmosphere. It definitely deserves its Michelin star.

It’s an ideal place for those who really want to enjoy a good meal. I can say it lives up to the hype everything was very carefully done. My expectations were high, and they were largely met. We had a particularly calm and high-quality evening. It’s truly a restaurant that knows what it’s doing.

Pleasantly surprised, didn't know what to expect. The service and food were exquisite. I'll be happy to go back. In particular the going made bread was a highlight. My favorite was the blueberry dessert... I am a dessert guy! Only one caveat, you will be there for several hours, this is definately not fast food and all the meals are individually prepared for you at the time your seating starts... I've been at other restaurants where each serving comes out for everyone at the same time, Edulis is not like that.

I visited Edulis at the beginning of January and honestly debated if I should leave this review. But my experience was sub par at best, especially given the price point. I got food poisoning after eating here. I am certain it was from their food as I felt sick and the food came back up within 30 minutes of the end of my meal. Even if I overlooked that part, the meal itself was underwhelming. I felt like the food was complicated for the sake of being complicated. The bread was cold and burnt at the bottom. I was shocked that they couldn’t even scrape off the burnt bits before serving it to me. The butter was kind of bland as well. We had a dish that included uni, scallop and caviar, which i expected to have strong distinct flavours. But all I could taste was the milk bread soaked in beef jus that it came in. I also felt like the desserts, while they were tasty, were massive in comparison to the food portions. I would expect that given this dining experience is chef’s choice, the menu would be designed to leave diners full by the end of it. Why would the dessert portions be bigger than the main courses? The service staff were very nice and attentive, but I do agree with some of the other reviewers that they may be a little bit performative, but to each their own. Overall I came in with high expectations given the price point, difficulty getting a reservation and the fact that they received a Michelin star for 2025. But left rather disappointed in the taste & quality of the dishes. I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant and I think that your money can be better spent elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by the Michelin star.
