Enjoyed a relaxing stay at the Capitol Hotel Tokyu. The location is quiet but convenient with multi subway lines right below the hotel and restaurants nearby. There’s also an airport bus that connects directly to the hotel. My room was spacious with a proper dressing table and a really big tub for a good soak. Really appreciate the calm, minimalistic vibe and the helpful staff. I did use the gym a few times; while not a big gym, it had all that I needed for a good workout. I tried the Japanese breakfast on my last day and highly recommend it!

Absolutely outstanding stay! We were completely delighted with The Capitol Hotel Tokyu. The staff is exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive — everyone remembers details, nothing ever gets mixed up, and everything runs perfectly on time. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was an incredible surprise — the view was simply breathtaking, probably the best in all of Tokyo! Watching the sunrise from our window was unforgettable. The breakfast is delicious, the entire hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, and the rooms are spacious and serene. The restaurants are excellent, and the location is very convenient — several metro stations are just steps away, and taxis are always available right at the entrance. Everything about this hotel feels elegant, calm, and perfectly organized. We can’t wait to come back!

I booked this hotel through the Amex FHR portal. Although the property is officially part of THC, I think it definitely deserves FHR status. The Japanese-style breakfast was the best I had during my trip in Japan. The room was spacious and very quiet. The only thing that slightly lowers the overall impression is the lobby and check-in area, which feel a bit cramped and somewhat claustrophobic.

This is a superb hotel in a wonderful location. Only two points of criticism. Firstly, the mattress is very hard for western tastes, a memory foam mattress topper would make the bed softer. Secondly, the TV has very little english options, in 2025 one would expect Chromecast and Smart functionality so you can watch your own programs like Netflix etc with your own account when abroad. Otherwise a very good find in Tokyo.

The hotel is wonderful and truly incredible. The room is super comfortable with a great view. The staff is amazing, breakfast is fantastic and dinner was also delicious. They even accommodated us for dinner without a reservation. There is a subway station right under the hotel, which makes everything perfect and incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it.
