Fantastic experience, top 3 hotel I've stayed at. Staff was incredible at each stage, even for Japanese standards and attention to detail. Rooms are spacious, very high quality, very quiet. Room service was top notch, spa is amazing and usually not too crowded, gym is well-equipped and maintained. Restaurant / breakfast is fantastic and very accommodating (we were able to order a vegetarian version of the traditional Japanese breakfast). Location is really good too, with Palace right there and underground passage to subway network.
Superb. I stayed here at the start of a return tour of Japan and was fortunate to be able to stay at the Palace Hotel, given current exchange rates I would say it is good value compared to many of the 5* chains. Even by Japanese standards the service was impeccable. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, many of them have balconies with good views (both unusual in Tokyo in my experience!).
An outstanding hotel in every sense. Palace Hotel Tokyo offers beautiful rooms, an excellent location, and truly exceptional service. From the doormen and valet team who welcomed us on arrival, to the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams who looked after our rooms throughout the stay, everyone was consistently professional, warm, and attentive. The level of care and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and very well looked after. A superb hotel and a wonderful experience in Tokyo. Don’t look further.

We had an amazing time at Palace Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The view from the room is great. The stuff is very courteous and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located which really helps in exploring Tokyo. The breakfast has a lot of great choices, and there are a lot great dinner options at the hotel as well. We definitely want to stay at the Palace Hotel again when we visit Tokyo next time.
