For someone who made a call on Tuesday for a Friday reservation and was advice for waiting list and provided the credit card number plus the fact that we waited for more than 1 hour and still didnt get a table and was advised to get a reservation two weeks before that is crazy!!!! The service is so disappointing!! Plus the fact you see the receptionist seating people without reservation and did not even bother to update us on our table even after telling us that we will be prioritize for the next table. This kind of service is something so bothering that I felt I was treated discrimatory. Such a bad experience!!! I will never ever come to this place ever nor recommend it to someone especially the arrogant female receptionist wearing red framed glasses
Waiting for 30 minutes would be okay But Waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes with a reservation was really disappointing and exhausting without any good explanation from the receptionist and the manager themselves. They should have told us from the time we had our reservation schedule thru phone call, they should have not accommodated us. So we should not come on the first place. We really felt discriminated and on the feeling of “out of place”. In the Philippines, we welcome and treat every individuals with all hospitality and warmth. If this review could improve how you serve and be sensitive to your customers. You should change the way it should be. Actually, you could have approached and told us if we could wait for an hour or more so we could settle for our next plans where to eat but you just kept us waiting and nothing happens. You did not even console us nor approach us how we are feeling that time - waiting for so long and waiting for nothing. We are supposed to dine with so much celebrations and joy for an occasion for our dear colleague but it was turned into sadness and frustrations. We hope you will read this with sincerity and empathy. 😔
Food was pretty good, some courses were better than others. My wife appreciated the Tune Tartar more than I did. The fish and chops were both awesome. Service was nice and pretty responsive. Some areas in the diner are a bit too warm for comfort in the sun. All in all, a nice place to eat in TLV.
Good location. Expensive and pretentious. Servings are filled with garnish and little food - and the cooking is very mediocre. No coffee with milk served - assumingly in hope that people will order alcohol. Not great.
Absolutely amazing experience. I ate here tonight and everything was spot on — the food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a meal this good. The atmosphere was great, service was on point, and every bite reminded me why places like this stand out. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back.
