We had a wonderful dinner at this highly recommended restaurant. We started with the exceptional green salad with tasty sliced apples and a salad of anais and red orange. For main courses we had the totally outstanding labane tortellini and a grilled levrak fish with asparagus in a butter sauce that was delicious. For dessert the pumpkin cake was original and wonderful. Beautiful atmosphere, great service and comfortable setting. Expensive but absolutely worth the price.
One of the best restaurants in Israel. Every single dish has its own unique interpretation and style. Clever play with flavors and textures. The service is professional and the overall experience is fantastic.
Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere and excellent service. We had the couple's tasting menu, which included a variety of well-presented dishes. Starters (liver mousse and sashimi) were fresh and flavorful, the fish with asparagus was excellent, and dessert (profiteroles with ice cream) was a perfect sweet ending. The risotto was the only dish that felt average. Overall, a lovely experience – good food ,pleasant ambiance, and attentive staff. Recommended!
The food at dinner is definitely 5 stars! The service was very friendly. But for a place of this caliber I'd expect less service mistakes. One of the wine glasses we got was water. Which was funny, immediately fixed, and we didn't think much of it. We were even promised another round on the house. We never got that extra round - which made us uneasy. Don't make promises you're not gonna keep! Then when the bill came we saw we were charged for a few more dishes we never ordered. Mistakes happen, but two major ones in one night is too much for me to give 5 stars to. The place is very expensive but that is expected of a fine dinning place such as this, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Overall a great night, just need to tighten the technical part of the service, which is equally as important as the staff's friendly approach.
I heard so much about this restaurant and expected more. Waiters were getting the orders wrong and forgetting things; food was expensive and meat was great but some of the other dishes and deserts were average. Sea tartar was so full of coriander that killed all other taste, and it was not even mentioned in the ingredients. Atmosphere was ok but also more on the basic side. Lack of attention to details or creating exclusive experience.
